Finally getting some time to watch the last few reactions you did with this show. This episode is my fave of the first two seasons, top 3 overall. Love both main stories in this one. Side note: you're getting even better at these! 👌
Yay, another BB episode down . That's the funny thing about this show. You'd think a guy like Jessie aka the "burnout drug dealer," would be the bad guy, but it turns the real jerk is the "loving family man who is a high school teacher". Walt is the kind of guy whose ego is so fragile that making a small joke about him would be perceived as a deep personal attack, on the one hand, I get some of it to an extent, it seems he has kind of been pushed around all of the time , but the other he doesn't realize his ego makes it worse. I'm looking forward to seeing you go deeper down the BB rabbit hole.
Natascha, you got me with your excellent Star Wars reactions. And with Breaking Bad and other things, you appear to have great taste. I watched all of Breaking Bad. It was amazing. (No spoilers, but the entire series of Breaking Bad is perfection. You will not be disappointed). But I could not go back to it because it was so very intense. I'm reconsidering now, because of you - a re-watchalong with your reactions could be okay, and enjoyable. So, subscribing to your very cool channel. Keep doing what you do, you're awesome. :)
I never noticed before, but my apartment complex was in the school parking lot shot. Still looks the same. One year to go and I'm finally back to Texas!
When I was growing up a Mom and her two daughters moved into the house in front of us. We never saw their father. It was always just the two daughters and their mom. One night the oldest daughter wouldn't go in the house. She was just standing outside the house in the front yard. Her mother kept calling for her to come in, but she wouldn't go. We learned that the Mom was having a hard time making her rent. My mother and a few other mothers helped her with food items. They didn't last very long and moved away. One of the other neighborhood girls was starting to become friends with the oldest daughter. After they moved away the neighborhood girl knew my sister and she told us that the Mom would beat on the two daughters. The reason they moved away was because one of the moms found out she was abusing her daughters and threaten to call child protective services on her if she didn't stop. The youngest daughter never spoke to anyone. The oldest daughter wasn't too social as well, but was more social than the youngest. Many years later I asked my mother about them and she told me the father abandoned them and she believes the mother took out her frustrations on the daughters because they reminded her of their father.

Regular Natascha is fine. But c'mon! Why not a Skyler or Marie cosplay? (All you need is a 9 months pregnant belly and a cigarette / all purple and stolen stuff.) Oh, right! you dislike them both. I've heard people hating either Marie *or* Skyler, but you have it in for most characters. :D Even talking trash about Hank, one of my favourite ones. But keep it honest. You're doing great.
@@nataschasummers If it makes you feel a little better, I used to work with kids and would encounter living conditions like this kid had to deal with, and we managed to get them help a lot of the time. It was heartbreaking, though, for sure.

Actually, Walt has a point. Gretchen and Elliot basically stole from Walt's genius, suckering him into selling his stake for a pittance, and they got rich because of him, leaving him in the dust. So much of this series comes back to this as his motivation for what he does.
Yes and no I mean he made that choice to sell out because of all of their personal issues but the price he paid was way too low knowing the potential it had to make billions there should have been a payment plan in case it took off like it did
No. I've been a part of startups like this. Walt decided to sell his whole stake at the company's then-current fair value, which was still small regardless of Walt's earlier technological contribution. If he wanted to participate in future increases in value, he could have kept some fraction of his ownership when he left instead of selling it all, but he didn't. One of the reasons Walt is so angry is because he's mad at himself; he only has himself to blame.
I understand him being mad about selling out his part of the business to them but she is holding his secret he should not be telling her off like that but he feels that they did him wrong having him sell his share of the business and now they are Billionaires but they did offer him the money even though it is our of charity because he has cancer they tries offering him a job too and she said she feels like it is still his money but his ego the fact that they are only offering this because he has cancer and they never cared to off him more money if he wasn't dying so he is to stubborn to accept it

@@nataschasummers Yea, but she left Walt a long time ago for Elliot and I think that's the main reason why he took a buy out for 5000 dollars to leave but they were still nice to him after everything, but I also get his resentment and pride I mean they only offered him a job when he got sick and not before that, I mean they know he ended up as a highschool teacher and they made Billions off mostly his work so why did they never offer him a job before or to come back to be part of the team since they are billionaires now? He helped name it gray matter, but his pride ruins everything he feels they will always be above him like his boss and he doesn't want that when he was the main part of the team before but to put all the blame on her for everything going wrong is not right either. This is his downfall he has a short time frame he should have just taken their money and lived a relaxed life but then we wouldn't have such a great show lol
