Trop T Test Method

- Trop T Test actually tests the serum level of troponin T. Troponin T and I are the cardiac-specific markers of heart attack which indicates myocardial necrosis or myocardial damage. These troponins rise with 3-12 hours from the onset of chest pain and heart attack symptoms. Troponin T peaks at 24-48 hours and returns to baseline within 5-14 days from the onset of cardiac symptoms. If troponin T level and ECG are normal at 6 or more than 6 hours from the onset of chest pain, the risk of heart attack is less likely.

Yes, it can be done at home even. It is a kind of rapid kit test method.

Baaz auqat ECG pe findings clear nhi ho rhi hoten to ye test advise kia jata he, takeh diagnosis confirm ho jae.
Is this test as reliable as quantitative one?

I recently went to ER. I've been getting chest pains, shooting pains running up to my neck, the doctor diagnosed me with heartburn because after I eat or drink foods with acid i tend to have pain when I'm laying down but there is this particular pain that comes around lately that's different than the other pains that I get it feel like its coming from my chest and shoots upwards, and its become more intense when it happens to the point I feel like I am going to faint and I can't seem to focus and get confused when I am doing this. The night I went he tested all my blood work all my blood work came back normal but my troponin T is it, well it came back at a 6. I am getting further blood work done through my family doctor next week, is there other tests besides cholesterol that can show if my arteries are clogging a bit. Is there a test for CAD. When these episodes happen. I don't tend to have any arrythmias, its more of an anxiety when it happens cuz its extremely discomforting and painful that sometimes my heart rate speeds very shortly and is back normal. What eexactly could this be. The emergency doctor gave me pantoprazole which will help most likely for my heartburn but what if its actually a heart issue and heartburn together and he missed it. They did ECG and everything came back ok except for my troponin level at 6. I hope you can give me any insight..
If ur troponine is high u will have to get other investigations done
Maybe not heart but cud be other major problem.. plz note that having elevated troponine implies there’s sumthing wrong in the body hence u need to go to doctor n get all ur tests done to find out why it was 6

Mein muje 12 days se chest pain...continously....left side...fir kbhi right side............ecg bhi normal h nd livid profile bhi sab normal h...but pain dono side hota h...left nd right side............muje yeh test krvanaa cahaiye...yaaa yeh muje gas yaa muscle pain h....plz help me mam.
Agar apko gas ya pait ka masla rehta he to ye gas ka masla he. Agar apka sans phoolta he to phir apko chest xray krana chahiay. Apka wazan kitna he?
@@DoctorsHub sir mera wajan 65 kg h.......saans nhi phoolta .........but sir 2 month se mein ibs ki medicine le raho .......kahi yeh gas ki prblm toh nhi h...doctor gas ya muscles pain bolte h...jab mein koi pain relief tube lagtaa hu toh kaafi araam milta h nd garam cheej se sehkaai krta hu toh....araam milta h......par dard continuesly rehti.....app yeh btya....gas mein dard continuesly rehta....aj 12 days ho gye h......yeh heart se related toh nhi h na sir plz...tell
@@bhagwantsinghcheema1184 Ap walk kia kren, 30 minute roz. Khana full ho na khaya kren. 5 bar kha lia kren lekin km km khaen. Ye sab thek ho jaega. Vitamin D ka aik injection pi len to behtar he.

How it's positive?
Test is positive as two lines are shown. The other line is very light. If the test is negative, only single line is shown, no light line is shown.
Trop-T ma fresh blood chaheya ya nhi
Fresh blood for Trop T. Draw the blood and perform the test immediately.
Result kitna time Mai mil Jaya ga
Leave it for 15 minutes.

It may be due to anxiety or high thyroid hormones.

@@DoctorsHub actually sir I picked some furniture table I don't like milk they also I drink it I was having acid reflux but after some time it got okay. From 15 days now my body hole body is paining and some time hands are paining some time chest get pinch pain for 1 min.
i checked ecg test
hb test is good
xray good
blood test is also good in all test not problems shown. but why it's pinching in my heart now also and some time hands are paining back pain.
