My favorite part about it is when Tammie said we are nurturers. As gays we pick up the pieces of what straight people break whether it’s broken families or cultural and societal issues. We adopt their kids, we are empathetic, we create, we entertain, we stand up for the vulnerable, and we change the world for the next generation.

A pet peeve of mine is often when people describe themselves as being "weird" or being a "weirdo" - Instagram posts of them with the word WEIRD plastered in the caption and there's barely a dot odd about it. Glad Tammie highlighted how pleasant Joseph's interview style is, that is one of the main things (other than whom the guest may be) that drew Me back after Mr Shepherd initially showed up in My vid feed a couple months ago.
As a Gay Man , I am proud to see other members of "the community" being proponents of Kindness, Great Manners and a Proactive interview style that prompts further conversations with the guest, rather than trying to throw in a Zinger Question to hit a nerve like less gracious interviewers do. There is a welcoming and inclusive vibe in these videos that is most appreciated. :-)
