Depressed Again... Warning signs of slipping back into depression

This is an impromptu video on my signs of depression coming back.
It really sucks to be depressed. I am a highly functional depressive right now. I'm going to try to actively bring myself out it.
And if it works, I'll let you know how it happened.

P.S. I hope you don't mind the rambling nature of this video. It really was a case of deciding to do it and picking up my camera 5 mins later. I might do a version of it which is more informational and shorter.

Your list of indicators was quite helpful; I hadn’t heard anyone talk about the tendency to put off sleep (and how that connects with self-sabotage), but that point definitely resonated with me.
