The most shocking revelation was that Gary is capable of brevity. Who knew? Meanwhile, having sat through 6 hour services practically passing out from thirst and hunger.
Gary gaslighting...so shocking. (Lol) Thank you, Scott, for playing the part of Gary. I would much rather listen to your voice than Gary Hargrave's. He sure didn't know much, did he? Interesting that the "Apostolic Fathering Ministry" who kept the faithful hanging on his every word and devastated so many lives cannot recall so much. Thank you, Scott and Charity, for bringing this documentation to light.
And I remember watching that video of the shirtless ministries and being grossed out and immensely thankful that I was not invited to attend ministries conferences. Can we all say, "Grooming?" Gary Hargrave says that he wasn't there and doesn't know what the gathering was, or where it was?
The bylaw shielding ministries from accusation about sums it up. When I told husband about it he said, of course they’re subject to intense spiritual warfare when they’re going against the will of God.” Tough to listen to but good to know some accountability is happening.
I have a few questions: when someone gives a deposition in Cali, do they swear an oath to tell the truth and nothing but the truth? If yes, would GH be on the hook for perjury? You said the cases were settled....did I understand that correctly? I don't understand how GH got away with perjury. Thank you for your responses. 🌸
A deposition is always taken under oath and can be used as evidence to impeach testimony. It can be used in court usually the person has to be present in court so they can cross examine.
We assume they were settled, but technically they are listed by the court as "dismissed with prejudice". Many times this can mean settled, although we don't know for sure. We aren't privy to the details. As far as your perjury question, we don't have the legal expertise to know the answer.
wow, a lot of hard work, gathering the papers and stuff, very good, reporting

Just reading your summary .... the denial of authority .... WTF?! I am interested to listen to his deposition. He is totally a slick snake.

Yes! He claimed he wasn't there and didn't know where that video was shot or what the gathering was.
Is there a place we can view the original APCO conference newsletter videos?
