@@keyshore5991 I Think facebook does not has that feature for that. even if your account is deactivated/blocked by mistake the another person still can see some last messages in messenger. The same thing happens when you delete the full chat completly, that will only remove from your view, not the receiver.

or if you have set range before submitting request you should change to all time

Its not possible to recover unsend messaged due to the privacy purpose because facebook permanently delete the unsent messages from the database and history.
so you can only recover deleted messages except unsend for everyone.

They are appear in the messages>inbox>{name} folder for each conversation. if you have not downloaded the file after request submission wait until completion,
after download the zip file when download is ready and extract zip and go to messages>inbox folder.
you will find there.
