The amount of fences with no matching gates is honestly heartbreaking
Taylor Walker also other way around my favorite gate doesnt have a matching fence :(
That plus the lack of color wheel makes fencing such an arduous task at times.
hopefully one day they will surprise us with an update just imagine what a nice birthday surprise that would have been to fix the swatches on existing items such as gates and fences instead of another useless spa .........I felt insulted when they did that.

Ladders are a pain for me. If I am on the opposite floor of the sim I want to go on the ladder, they won't do anything until I go to the floor they are on so they move. So I definitely am not a big fan of ladders. LOL. I do love how much space they give you though.

I’m part of the game changers group that will get early access but a bit later, but I broke my no watching the early early access videos from you guys that would’ve gone to EA play, to see you build this shipping container home bc I knew you would kill it. 😁🌹 One thing that I really want tho is the same stone that matches the world around it, I think city living and get together never had one either for some lots in the world.

You should make a toddler (in the Sims, I jmean), so we could:
A) See an adorable bean enjoy the most adorable bed in the history of the game
B) See is toddlers can use ladders at all!
C) Toddlers are cute. That's it. That's my third reason.

I was only so-so for the cas items, but I’m very happy with a lot of these bb items. Stove oven fireplace, new curtains, big sliding doors, vertical planters, hanging plants, cool lamps, solar panels. Yaaas. Of course a few items I’m not too into, like the bed.. but overall NICE job. Now that I see many of the bb objects, some of the more experimental cas items kinda make more sense. 😅😅

Omg. What would be awesome is if they made doorway arch effects. Like a wall crumbling effect on the shape of an arch kind of. And one where it looks like metal got busted through the wall.

I lived in kauai hawaii and i worked on a farm with my bf, The woman we worked for actually did live in a shipping container and it was cute, modest and cozy and it had palm leaf laid over the top to help it stay cool during the hotter kauai weather. I was one of those people that didn't instantly hate this pack because i lived the eco lifestyle and was so excited to be able to make that happen in my game too :)

I can't wait to have a build challenge for this! I'm not mad at the chunky windows since they fit the theme. At least they aren't just more of the same. I agree they need a few more others and colors to match but I'm sure IRL it may be hard to find a lot of options that work in metal buildings. AND...a little mismatch might be more common or a "look" that you have to "make it work".

My normal builds always been small homes. I live in a 990 SF house now. This expansion is perfect for me.
How do you move your camera like that when you do build tours? My Sims camera always looks at like a 45 degree angle unless I zoom in super close.

Where I live, there is basically an outdoor mall where all the shops are in shipping containers and there's restaurants in some of them too, with an outdoor eating area. You should build something like that!
I am soooooo excited over LADDERS FINALLY!!! Now all my tiny homes can have lofts without having a huge staircase in there
