"You can't just throw [Jalyx Hunt"] in there like that" Well, would you have said the same thing about Cooper DeJean 7 weeks ago? Yes, they are different rookies, but they are both rookies still and Hunt got a lot more Training Camp time than DeJean did.
@@mkvalor Dejean was a highly experienced zone corner & considered an expert in match carry concepts etc coming out of a big time college program known for coaching up nfl players. Hunt was an IVY safety before transferring to a school no one’s ever heard of to change to a new position & considered a massive project by everyone involved in the draft process. I love Hunt… but compared to Dejean they’re not in the same universe.
@ the all 22 has Lamar & Henry breaking contain every game on the outside forcing CB tackles. It also has several examples of motion to get their massive TE’s on outside corners especially smaller matchups. Let me know if you have access to all 22 & I can toss you endless examples if actually interested in strategic advantage. If you think Rodgers size won’t be targeted by the ravens I’m not sure why you’d actually believe that or think it’s impossible/dumb?
By formation, teams can design run game to go at the side of a CB. Happens all the time. It's about how to defend a particular run scheme+by personnel.
Matt Stafford was on his A game, too, making some amazing throws, and the birds shut him down with pressure and coverage
Thank you Adam. I always enjoy when Andrew is on your show.
Appreciate that.
You’d have to think if Slay can’t play they will rotate in Ringo on obvious running downs due to his physicality against the run.
Did you forget Legarrette Blount? He was most definitely a power RB.
Amazing run for 1 season with Eagles then was toast.

In this specific scenario… does it make sense to get ringo out there? Rodgers cannot tackle Henry, Andrews, Likely or Lamar…
Ringo has the size, but is a lesser player. That's the issue the coaches face.
Rodgers playing outside corner wouldn’t really be tackling those guys “by himself” though this scenario is dumb

@ well said. I like rodgers… just a bit concerned on this specific matchup!
