Hi Dan. It should be the same. When you meet with a marriage agent, you'll need to show your passports. You may also need to take further steps back in the UK to show that you've been married. Please verify with your local government.

Each state has its own marriage licenses and marriage rules. You get get a license from the state that you will be married in.
