I love watching you Maremi I live in Australia and I’m 32 and have been watching for at least 4-5 years after a car accident left me with chronic pain that means I can’t work anymore and became so depressed. But watching you has helped so much I know watch you when I’m not well enough to do art myself and it keeps my spirits up that the pain will get a little better and I’ll be able to have a go at creating again soon. I also love the cafe on Facebook I was one of the first to join and have had so much support. Thank you.

I am loving your videos. So many ideas for using my "stash"!! My kids always say "Mom, you don't need to keep that!!" Little do they know, there is always a use for things.
I can't wait to have my craft room done and get back to creating.
Thank you for all of the inspiration 😊

I really enjoyed this video with you and Emily crafting together. She is growing up so fast from when I first starting watching you three years ago. She seems to love crafting right next to you. It is so important to spend this alone time with her. You are making sweet memories for her to remember later in her life when she is out in the world on her own with her family. She will share special time with HER children like you are spending with her. It is so important to form these bonds with your children . I loved how your pumpkins both turned out. A beautiful video in more ways than one!

Watching you create is like taking a walk in the woods on a long summer day. You start along a path thinking you will go forward until you reach the end and turn around and come back. But then, you see a path going to the right, and you say, "humm I think we will take that path and see where it goes.' Then comes a path to the left with beautiful pine trees, and you say, "Oh, we must go there." Before you know it we are lost in the woods, but its a long summer day and we have plenty of time to find our way home. Thanks for the adventure every day.

Oh WOW! That's so pretty!!! Amazing what a pile of trash, a bit of paint and a ton of inspiration can become when the brightest star in the galaxy comes out to play! :) :) :) Poor Emily :( getting poorly again and having to miss her competition is desperately bad luck, but she must remember that she and her friends played such an important part in the school's fabulous win and be very proud of herself!!! Sending her, and all of you, massive hugs

I know it’s an old video but was looking for inspiration to alter/decorate my art journal cover.
And boom you did it again Marta... I’m not just liking it... am loving it like you say 🥰
I realised while watching this specific video what makes your creations so fascinating...
You do not complicate things, you do not stick on labels of products, you make anything out of anything and that my dear girl is your super awesome talent.
I cannot in a million years have all your art supplies, but you inspire me to use what I have and dare to bring out the creative side of me.
So I thank you for that and thank you for being you always...
    Btw
Is funny hearing Hannah’s first words, she’s so chatty and clever now.
    Big hugs...
I’ll tag you on my attempt if it comes out decent enough lol
if not... Oh well at least surely I’ll enjoy the journey and forget about the destination xxxxxx

We are an instant society, aren't we? My parents always made us look up words in the dictionary when we asked how to spell something. We learned how to learn! How to find our own answers. Now we can just ask Siri! Finding our own way using your example as a jumping off point is what you want us to do with our art, and I love your encouragement to use our own imagination and find new paths.

Hi Marta, belated Happy Valentine´s Day! Your video started on autoplay, and my oldest son heard your voice and said, ¨There´s that Polish lady that lives in Ireland.¨ He has Autism and last year I was watching some of your videos and he picked up on your accent, and we had a discussion about you. He´s very worldly and has a big heart, and was fascinated to learn you live in Ireland. Thought you´d enjoy that you´re recognized fondly by your lovely voice and accent, in Washington State. XOXO Thanks for sharing your creations with us. Sorry Emily is down with a fever. Hope she bounces back quickly. PS, just watched Hannah in another video, very busily ¨helping you¨ at your table. lol Never a dull moment, eh? Hugs

🤣 Love the mugs, good on you Lucas👌 Good idea about a desk cover, I just use a big 40x50cm MontMarte canvas panel to catch the paint and glues and sprays and colour tests, very handy and doesn't shift like fabric and is reusable for years. Just dug out a new sketch book with canvas and spiral cover I've had forever, all ready to go. This will be my Saturday project (7.30am here). Thanks Marta! xx👍

That's beautiful!!! The white splatters totally made the galaxy pop!
I heard somewhere that if you don't put your fingers in the Inka Gold paints they don't get moldy. Someone said it works to just take a small amount out with a palette knife and use that.

Just the germs 🦠 from other kids.. There just isn’t any way when you or your kids get around others..
eyes, mouth, & nose are how germs get transmitted.. Even if you wash wash wash your hands and cover mouth when you cough, it’s so difficult to prevent viruses from transferring to you or you children.
    Feel better soon Emily! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

I'm really loving those type of mixed media projects that you do. Your work is so inspirational, I could just watch and listen to you all day. Just a little suggestion and no rudeness is intended, when you were talking about the cable on your glue gun being too short to reach I would suggest you purchase an extention cable. You can pick them up for only couple of £/€. That way your gun will reach and you'll not have to move anything. Like I said just a suggestion. So looking forward to seeing what you show us in your next upload.

Wonderful! Your use of acrylics is interesting, because usually you need to keep a wet surface, using a spray bottle. But what you did worked! FYI brushes are better off not standing upright in water! Maybe in your case where you need to quickly move on to complete the project you could swish them in soapy water, lay them flat on cellophane, wrap them up, until you can clean them. (I use a bar soap, brush across, rinse in water and wipe with paper towel or cloth until clean. Saves brushes and is quicker then it sounds)

I found that ripping the corrugated cardboard (wot you used) to be easier to rip if you go across it n not down the mountains & vallys (only way to explain) ...i hope you know wot i mean as its hard to explain lol...but you tried to rip the top layer of cardboard/paper down the lines n that resulted in it not coming away easy so if you rip from the side (going across the mountains ) instead coz the glue is only attached to the mountain part of the corrugated card...so if you rip sliwly across you find that the top paper comes away easier...😁...thats how i found it anyway lol...i hope this suggestion helps 😁 x

How cool to see you using buttons. I have lots of buttons and need to use them more in my cardmaking and canvases. I do not do art journaling, so making covers is not something I need to do. Your covers are like doing any canvas though. I have been taking a break from crafting and am gradually organizing my art supplies. I live alone in a one bedroom apartment, so I have my art table in my living room. I do have some great pantry shelves for storing my supplies. I never dreamed two years ago that I would have the stash I do now. I have gradually added to it.
In the last year I have added a lot of laces cheaply from eBay. I need to get a large piece of lace (not edgings) to make a couple embroidery hoop wall decor items. I made some wooden tags for the wall that I need to put up. I have never found the tags that are about 6 inches long again. I wish I could find some more. They were not cheap on Etsy, but the set of three turned out very well. I do have two more, since it was a set of five that I ordered perhaps a year ago.
I need to get some more embossing powder since I cannot find mine. It is hard to believe that I have enough stuff to actually misplace something now. YAY! I have reorganized too many times and forget where I have put things. I have black and gold somewhere. I think I used up my little jar of white.
I love how you have no plan with your projects and you "travel" different pathways as you progress with your project. Your enthusiasm as you go is so inspiring.
Does your gel medium dry clear? I used Golden soft gel a while back and ruined a lot of cards when it dried white. I will never make cards in bulk again and now I test products for how they dry. I got angry over the loss of the cards and the product I used and impulsively threw it all away. Now I wish I had at least tried to rescue some of the background paper that I had done fingernail polish dipping with. I could have used some of the pieces to die cut flowers. Sigh. I wasted all the paper, fingernail polish (thank goodness it was a cheap set of 12 at a dollar or so a bottle), small metal keys, and chipboard cogs. I have not seen the cogs that I got cheaply on eBay again. What frustration!! I wasted over $25, I would guess. It was my venture at making male cards.
I love your use of small toys. I still had a box of small toy parts perhaps 8 years ago and finally tossed them out. My boys are now in their mid 30s, so it was time to toss the parts. Now I wish I had them. Oh, well. I also love how you used old paintbrush ends. I buy really cheap brushes to use with glue, since the bristles are never the same after using them with glue. I can then toss them out, but I could have kept the ends as you have done. I will do that from now on. Gesso and gel mediums seem to wash out of brushes better than glue does. Of course, the cheap brushes that I never get around to washing get pitched.
I think you used Nuvo embellishment mousse once on a canvas or journal cover. I have several colors that I have never used. At this rate they will all be dried up before I use them. I have so many products that I am intimidated by now that I got them. Hmm. I need to use my inks, watercolors, tubes of acrylic paint, and sprays.
I am so thrilled when I see that you have posted a video. Now that I switched to gmail I get notification in my gmail inbox that you have uploaded a video. Your videos are what inspired me when I first began my cardmaking journey. You inspired me to step out of my comfort zone. You were a kind friend when I was all alone and you still are. Your videos have changed my life.
Your suggestion to use your dry nites pads or puppy pads to keep your table clean is an excellent idea. It would be easier than using a large towel, since it is not so bulky. I will have to see what the pads cost. I might have to stay with the towel method if I decide that spending money on something else is what I really want to do. I am on a limited budget so buying papers and double-sided tape may need to come first. What a great idea though! Perhaps you will be able to cut your pads into smaller pieces and use them in your projects like you do the used baby wipes.
I love your choice of colors. I am not as daring as you so I have not tried black.
I am really being "chatty" today. I am sorry this got so long. I hope Emily gets well soon. I wish I could give her a get well card.
Does Hannah turn 1 year old later this month?

Great video. I needed an idea for my son's photoalbum.
By the way, our Lukas had 39.7°C two weeks ago. It came on so quickly on a Friday, but then he was fine by Monday. Was just a virus he caught in his nursery. I hope Emily has recovered quickly too.

I loved this process and result! You are so real discussing your everyday life. I love that! Would enjoy seeing more like this. Also would love you to tell us why you are placing pieces in certain places as you go. I have trouble with leaving blank spaces/ knowing where and when it’s better to leave something unbalanced. Hope that makes sense.

Wanted to give you a tip on keeping your tea warm. I use candle warmer and just put my cup on the hot plate. They also make them for coffee called Mr. Coffee Mug Warmer. They are the same thing.

Phew! I'm sure I said to myself (nearly an hour & a half ago), "I'll just watch 15 minutes before bed, finish tomorrow". Well, THAT didn't happen🕚🕛🤔😂
What IS going to happen right now is, I will leave writing a proper comment till tmrw, between hospital visits. Fabulous Marta, thank you! I MUST get to bed before 1am😉👋👋🐾

Marta, you felt that? It was my super strong hug I gave you. 😍 So good to have your company. I really liked the cover. Amazing to use materials that we have around. Please give my special kisses to Emily. She will get better soon, I'm sure. Maybe she is just building up her natural body defense, and slowly she will become stronger. 🙌🏼💜

Oh yes. I also have same glue gun brand as you and same problem here. I had to get an extension cable to be able to use it. I also used your tip to put the gun in a basket. 👍 P.S.: I have lots of computer left overs and screw and bolts. And my husband keep asking: "why are you saving this?" I will show him your video 🤣

I put my glue gun in a biscuit tin. It can rest there while hot and won't melt plastic, and the tin also stores it.
