They need to adjust the payout for the hand pays. I think they came up with the $1200 amount back in the 70's. Hand pay in todays casinos especially with all the denominations and lines on a slot machine should be set at $5,000 now instead of $1200.
So do you have to wait to fill out forms every time you get a 3 of a kind or better? Or is that little panel some sort of agreement to aggregate your winnings for cash out time?

Staying too long on one game, esp. at the $500 a hand play. Count how many hands your playing at each casino to find how long it takes for them to pay on average per the amount you started with. 3K, 5K, or 10K vs the amount per hand 25, 125, 250, or 500.
