Second Life is a virtual world that you can experience any way you like. Just about everything you can do in real life, you can do in Second Life from being a singer, dancer, designer, or basketball player on a team to getting married and having a baby. Although Second Life does have some spaces that have roleplay games where you can earn points etc. I don't look at Second Life as a game because if you're not on a roleplay sim the virtual world has no objective other than for you to enjoy the spaces that people have created. I am a loner in Second Life so I don't engage in as many activities as others do but if you want to roleplay being in a family or a sorority or fraternity or just to work on your avatar to express your personal style, Second Life is a nice place to do that.
