Hi Andy, enjoyed your look around the show and yeah, you should do a video on the Freedom Vans. Sorry you got trouble with the trains but that happens sometimes. Good to hear the used market is holding up too.
Hi Kevin - yes Feedom is on the cards - glad you liked the video just snips really Coachman had two new panel vans and coachbuilt plus an A Class at £201,000!!
Hi andy we thought the show was campervan heavy along with motorhomes, we didnt look at caravans this time or bother with camping or accessories, it took us 3 1/2 hrs to get home due to traffic and a breakdown on motorway so we ended up having a 12 hour day 🙈 your grandaughter is gorgeous and well behaved, glad you got back ok xx
Julie - what a day you had!! I was lucky then ha ha - yes lots of campers and motorhomes overbearing at times. Did you manage to get to the holiday homes and lodges? Oh Olivia - she is a little star at times but now is getting into mischief so needs keeping an eye on ! Thank you for you comments and on Olivia too!
Hi Julie - well hope you enjoy the magazine - unfortunately I am working flat out on the YT channel, Archives, and trying to generate new work avenues so no rest for the wicked!!
They do and another campervan model in the massive mix on the market - seems so overcrowded - must see a few go to the wall over the coming months no doubt
Taking Swift, Elddis, Compass and Hymer as well as Knaus as factory showing stands it did dent the caravan population- and thats sad in my books and with no Lunar another big space gone - for some it was fine but it was less filled with tourers and holiday homes to. Thank you for your comments Angela
You will remember when the Feb caravan show had all the boats and yachts and canal boats in one hall if I remember rightly in the 90s including some very big,1 million pound cruisers
I do and they were a great added attraction used to love going into Hall 5 I think to see the narrow boats etc and some nice big cruisers as you say - great days then!
always good to to see the tents and camping stuff. and as for freedoms , i dont know a lot about them apart from their proven track record on keeping water tight amazing what they get into these small caravans. and as for the trains. welcome to great britain.

Went to the Glasgow show to look at small compact vans / teardrops but was disappointed .Dominated by very expensive motor homes and huge caravans
Ah I didnt get there I used to go from 2006 to 2020 - fewer micro caravans on display at NEC than usual - thanks for your comments
Swift launch the new Trekker campervan based on a Ford in March 2024.

I'm quiet disappointed with the show compared to last Feb hardly any caravans 😢

It was good to see more camping this time this usually sees campers move on to a tourer. Yes those trains - well they dint win many points from me!!!
