Hey Loren,
I am in love with your content and everything you mentioned on here and I want to let you know that Mormons can drink caffeine or soda but usually/typically not coffee or alcohol so I think the soda shots are replacing alcohol shots.. @Loren Asad, i live in Europe, the same thing used to happen to me, the days i used to stay indoors, my skin would become dull and it would break out. The days i would walk to university and be in the sun, i got perfect skin. What i concluded was that the sun and fresh air and oxygen would keep my skin clean and clear. :) I love your vlogs. Hi Loren! im just curious if the vinegar plus the lemon is too acidy for your stomach? how do you feel after you take it? do you eat first? i would just be concerned with stomach ulcers. by the way I Love your vlogs! :)

Hey because they’re acidic you’re body doesn’t need to create acid to break it down. It actually has an alkalising effect. Definitely do your own research before you pick up this habit
