I love that pleather outfit on Yuna too. Too many people on social media have too little to do, worrying about what a nearly 18-year-old girl is wearing. It's not like it's too short or too tight, it's just pleather and stockings. What's important is does she look comfortable in it and I say she absolutely does.
I think you're right on about Lia. Its not really her fault, she has been plopped in a group where they have effectively 3 main dancers and a lead dancer (who you are also right about, Yuna just has...... it. whatever "it" is. she has it.)
Lia is just a great vocalist and an ok dancer (for idols), in a group where, for obvious reasons, they have focused on the dance performance first. So on top of just being not as good of a dancer as the others, shes gotten shit for her dancing just because she is not as strong as the other members. Who again, we are talking about THE STRONGEST DANCING GIRL GROUP (yes im ready to give them the title as Gfriend are inactive). So I think her confidence took a hit because you know how people are on the internet. They were brutal on her. When its not her fucking job to kill the dance like the others. Groups have vocalists and rappers and dancers for a reason y'all.
I love Lia, shes such a sweetheart and doesnt deserve any of that. She's got a lovely voice and offers a point that the group is honestly kind of lacking in otherwise. Idk why people have to be mean to her.
I know I'm extremely biased, but I feel like Yuna's dance skills are heavily underrated. Obviously she's a fantastic "performer" which is a skill in itself separate from any skill in dance, but I'd like to see people talk about her in the same breath as the "3 main dancers" because I think she deserves it. We all know their choreo is extremely demanding and she never fails to bring it, and I don't think she's ever been guilty of overdancing and her moves are clean and smooth. I'd love to see her get an Artist of the Month video like Yeji and Chaeryeong, or something similar, to hopefully showcase what she's capable of in the near future.
Not a fan of tutus, but Yeji somehow makes it work...she's been my bias since ICY, and only cemented more with this CB.

I personally think that "Swipe" really plays to Itzy's strength. In my opinion, Itzy does not have the strongest vocal skills (I think their vocals are average at best). But Itzy has incredible, off-the-charts dancing skills, stage presence and visuals. Swipe is rap-heavy and mixes in vocals in a very pleasing manner. This rap/singing melange IMHO really puts Itzy in the best light. Also, the rapping seems to allow for the members to better display their facial expressions, and I have never seen Chaeryeong more confident and with such playful facial expressions before. Yuna's attitude and confidence also seems to show through even more when rapping. This style is a winner for Itzy.
