I’m listening to this while I’m writing my journal.. I spent 6 hours of reading a book today. A few months ago I decided to stop wasting my time from watching netflix and partying with friends. My parents want me to pursue nursing (Traditional education) but my passion is far different and I decided to please myself now. I don’t care what they think of me...What I think of myself is more important. I don’t want to live in regrets for the rest of my life... I want to do what I love.

I started to listen these videos a few days ago and it helps. At the beginning i started to work really hard at home, i was surprised, i have never did so much in a day, I did homeworks for hours and hours. Even though i really wanted to give up and go to sleep, i didn’t. Another day when I came back from school I took a long nap, put an alarm so I could wake up in the middle of the night just to do my homeworks. You really have to believe in yourself and know your worth. Hard work may keep you away from people, but at least you’ll be really proud of yourself. Take a moment to think about what’s really important for you. You are capable and everybody is.

hello, i want to say thank you for creating this video.
ferst time i sow this video 3 years ago and it made me think about my life. after that i watched this video hundreds of times when i needed to be motivated, when i sow it i was no one, just one fat guy which was speaking only 1 languages and was 110 kg, i was living with my parents and i had not work. but now i speak 5 languages fluently and lost 30kg i have work and studing, i was reading all the books that i could, every day and now i can see that im better version of myself, but im not best yet im keep going forwsrd and i know thst one dsy i will be best wersion of myself.
nothing is better than see yourself in miror and be proud of the man that you become.
