Idont see any stairs to it!... if no access then its just a roof. The house is not 194sqm it looks more like 130 - 140sqm... so wheres the rest of the sqm... what are the dimensions of the house... what are the dimensions of the garage ? Guest bathroom but no main bedroom bathroom ? Where has that gone? What size is a fourth bedroom option and how many windows would it have and would it contain an ensuite. Many thanks
