Can't say for sure what is the issue here without having details of the stack trace info. Please make sure you use latest versions of all the libraries and have latest updated Windows OS. Thank you!

Thanks man, gmail broke on my home automation and it was looking like I had to use OAuth and make developer keys and all kinds of stuff. You video guided my to just using the right password and saved me tons of time. Thanks! Now can you help switch from Google Hangout to Google chat? =) I used to be able to talk to my house with Hangouts, but programming for Chat looks like a hard switch for me =(
