I've been struggling with this topic, I've told my boss I need Sundays offs and won't be able to come in, he has told me since I'm part of management it is required for me to work weekends if not he might have to demote me. If I work some Sundays is that sin on me? I have a family, but I'm not struggling financially right now. I was thinking of just saying no and taking the demotion, but worry about my family and financial future.
