tbf i think the brig survives pulse in rally as long as they were full hp; which they werent.
Why would you spent rally?, your shield by itself is more than enough to block the pulse, not to mention that any clever tracer if it stucks you she will shoot you and then recall unless you are a character like ana that cant defend itself from pulse there is no reason to recall inmediately after you pulse someone
Im simply talking about if the pulse didnt land on the shield but got stuck on the body. Rally would technically prevent them from dying to it. I wouldnt use it there but that's how I see why they tried to rally there.
@@albim6100 rally only gives 100 armor health when you activate it, and brig by herself has 50 armor hp and 150 normal hp, so you have 150 armor hp and 150 normal hp with rally, a pulse does 300 dmg, so you will be left with 50 hp, so lets imagine you are full, then you will have about 50 hp left, you are still convinced that you can survive pulse? Its literally more viable to 1v5 with moira ult than do that with brig
