In this video, I put on many more decals of RAM Coating and other of the important decals for this wonderful model. I used Micro Sol and Micro Set to help the decals adhere properly.

Decal application madness! It is starting to look pretty. Getting closer.

Great looking decals. Some of the solid color decals you applied first looked pretty thick.

Thanks! They weren't that bad. They settled very flat and cant really tell.

@@PlasticModelBuilder But they were thicker than standard decals, yes?

Honestly, i don't think thickness matters if it looks right in the end.

Hoping tamiya will make an F-35C as well, it would just take an additional sprue I believe and they could make a ton of money. The only one we have is kittyhawk which us gard to find.

Longer wingspan, so it would need a bit of a redesign.

What kits would you recomend for a beginner?

That honestly depends on how good you want them to look. Perfect models that go together easy are in the 80-100. But being a beginner, the paint job wont be as good as an experienced modeler. If youre happy though with how it looks, that is all that counts. If you want to learn skills, revell kits are less pricey and will require you to learn how to fill and sand.
