"Sgt. Fletcher and Dasty were inseparable during their four years of service together, which included a 10-month deployment in Afghanistan, where they slept together in a small tent in an active combat zone. During their service, they also participated in multiple Secret Service missions, traveling the world together, and providing security for Presidents Trump and Biden." I always have the greatest respect and appreciation for all the man , woman and k9 whom risk their lives for their country . Thank you all , and wish all of you have the best retirement !❤❤❤
These are more than just dogs. They share the same dangers that their soldier buddies go thru and more. They are willing at a split second to protect those who around them and many are injured and killed every year. This young man and Dasty have a bond that very few people could begin to comprehend. I'm sure that he is a great part of why this young man and many of those that Dasty protected every day are still alive to talk about it. They deserve to be given to their handlers or at least offered when they retire so that they can spend their remaining years with the person that meant the most to them on earth.
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤Dasty and all the military and K9 . Thank you so much for all their services - they are my heroes !!! So so grateful to this vet family to give Dasty the best retirement !!! These dogs heroes are truly deserved the best in this world!!! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
Dear Sergeant I want to thank you and Dasty for your service. It's time for both of you to enjoy your retirement and enjoy life together. Thanks to your wife as well for sharing you while you served our country. Best wishes ❤
RMWD Ffancy and I will forever be grateful to American Humane for going above and beyond to bring us together. We hope RMWD Dasty and Sgt Fletcher, and his family, have many great memorable years together and we thank them both for their service to this great country. Fort Couch is well earned Dasty. Oh and Ffancy says Hi Amy
Thankfully, “Robby's Law” opens up adoption to their former handlers, law enforcement, and civilian families. More than 90% of these good dogs get adopted by their handler!
@@TeamDogster Thanks for the info. It has long been on my mind as many know what has happened to military K-9 specialists after past military conflicts. Those four legged heroes have saved so many lives they deserve the best in return,,again thank you for 🇨🇦
IN MY OPINION, MILITARY K-9 DOGS SHOULD GO HOME WITH THEIR HANDLERS!!!! NO QUESTIONS ASKED. THEY WORKED TOGETHER THROUGH TRAINING, THEN THEY WENT TO WAR TOGETHER. SO IT'S ONLY THE RIGHT THING TO DO, FOR THE HANDLER AND THE K-9 TO RETIRE TOGETHER.

May I ask, where do military dogs retire to?
