How can you remove your disposable suit if you don't wear the waterproof suit?

“Usually if there is no waterproof suit on top, the disposal suit underneath would be worn and be rolled down onto the outside of the gumboots. For removal, it would be unzipped and rolled down over your gumboots before you step out of your gumboots onto a clean area. After placing the disposable suit into a rubbish bag marked for incineration, you should make sure you immediately wash your hands in an appropriate disinfectant as they are likely to be contaminated.”
