You should have taken a guide for saheliyon ki badi.. the engineering behind the fountains is mind blowing.. there are no motors or machines operating these fountains... it's all natural working on gravity, operating non stop for last 200plus years

Udaipur is a well preserved historical heritage city of Indian Rajputs. It depicts the royal heritage of Mewari architecture. Planning to visit there soon and make a video.

I have recently travelled to Udaipur I had breakfast at Jagdish chowk and it was mind blowing breakfast with all varieties from 2-3 types of kachori to poha and hot milk. Do try it Shree Krishna nashta center is it just opposite to jagdish temple there is Lane and you can see lot of crowd there. Also try paliwal kachori he makes it piping hot serve every time you visit and it’s fresh not re-fried

This must be the Gujarati dabeli. (Famous from Ahmedabad) . The Kutchi Dabeli available in Mumbai / Bhuj is not available in many places.
Dabei was different, I think it wasn't even Gujarati Dabeli.

How much the Guard at Ahar Cenotaph charged you. He doesn't let anyone in, as shoots are not allowed there. Bribe is a must and if a tourist wnt to visit there ( he would keep a check so that you aren't shooting, if you pull your Camera out - they begin demanding money)
