Dude I highly disagree with the pressure to win it all. If you think Pat Trav and then are looking at it like they’re playing house money, there’s not a shot. Chiefs have all the pressure to get this done. Mahomes doesn’t wanna be one of the best, he wants to be the best. They are 100% putting the pressure on themselves, but that’s when they thrive
Well, it's hard to plan for all those late O-line injuries. This year if some linemen go down in the playoffs, there are backups more readily available
I felt like we just squeaked our fits one, with a pretty shoestring team build that had no room for error. I felt like they regressed after the SB LIV win. Yes, losing both tackles really hurt, but they also failed to address interior offensive line, drafting CEH, which was a mistake, imho. I think he's a little underrated, but you don't fix interior line with an all-around running back.
I went to that Playoff game against Pittsburgh that was Big Ben’s last game. After the Chiefs won, we all started singing “nah nah nah nah, hey hey hey, goodbye Ben” as the Steelers were walking to the locker room.
1989 was a great year for films. My top three... The Cook The Thief, His wife and her Lover, Crimes and Misdemeanors, Do the Right Thing. Honorable mention - A John Woo Hong Kong film - The Killer !
Last year one of the harder roads to a SB. This year looking to be more easy. If we get to Arrowhead invitational we will probably see bills or ravens. At least one of them will go down by then so we only have to face one of them.
I really appreciate your efforts! I have a quick question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). What's the best way to send them to Binance?
Justin Watson's a complementary receiver. He's getting better matchups, now that they're full strength. No. This wasn't better protection for Mahomes. It was Mahomes's quickest-throwing game just about ever. It's not the protections that are winning. It's the receivers that are winning. With a full threat array, the quick throws are there, and they make the pass rush irrelevant. Yes, things have stabilized somewhat with Thuney at LT. But I think it has more to do with their ability to thrive underneath, like they haven't been able to do until recently.
I thiiiiiink we're all collectively looking at this pass protection situation with some rosey chiefs colored glasses on... The last two games the pass game has looked SO much better! But it's not because the protection has been elite. Thuney has played admirably at LT. He hasn't been elite. He hasn't! Andy has sent more help his way than he EVER did for Kingsley or wanya. That's facts-- watch the tape. Caliendo gets overwhelmed in the run game pretty easily, and he's obviously a downgrade in pass pro from thuney. Plus, Mahomes has been getting the ball out MUCH faster. It's a combo of things that are making this look better. Just because the results on the scoreboard and stat sheet look better, doesn't necessarily mean Joe thuney and Mike caliendo have been amazing. Because they haven't been. They've been serviceable, and played admirably. I think this speaks to just JUST HOW BAD it was before, that we think what we see now is "elite" or "amazing".
I'd rather KC to get the Bills. Their defense is terrible and they can't get a stop. The regular season Bills needed the Chiefs defense not being gap sound. That said not scared of either of the ACF power houses.
Thanks for all the good work! Enjoy listening to your podcast, especially when traveling! Go Chiefs! 3Peat!

“Playing with house money” sud never be used for this team lmao. I hated hearing that last year.
Adam that's a good point on FAU's finish on that play. It was a very healthy execution. Nice to see!
2020 was our most dominant team we’ve had and was by far the most sure I was we were gonna win and no… I’ll never make that same mistake again

A real paragon of sportsmanship.
let's go chiefs kingdom 🏈🏈🏈

3 wins to 3 peat…. Wow
Adam i enjoyed the origin story of your Batman fandom.

So do they play Kingsley at left tackle for the Broncos game?
Hell no
@@ChiefShibaInuwhy not???? Mahomes is not playing let's see if he learned anything
I think that Joe Thuney should be in the Chiefs Ring of Honor, but if they win the 3peat with him at LT, then I think that cements him into it.

I didn’t know what to think at the start of the year about Nick Bolton, but I think he’s 100% earned a contract from KC
I agree. I think at this point, with Creed already extended, they extend Bolton and let Smith walk

How come all these experts don’t realize KC will play the chargers in rd 1
🤔🤨 cuz these experts understand the Chiefs won the #1 seed. So they get a bye in round one. So they don't play round one. 🤷🤦
Rice was way better than Worthy!!! Worthy cannot break tackles like Rice. Arm tackles consistently bring Worthy down. He is so small.
