Sul Sul Simmers! Welcome back to my Sims 4 Speed Build channel! Today is STOP MOTION SUNDAY - that means I have a brand new Sims 4 Stop Motion Video for you!
In today's stop motion video I take you to 1310 21 Chic Street in San Myshuno to a TINY MODERN APARTMENT. This apartment has room for one sim and a great open floor plan. Right next to the entrance area is the cosy living room with a big TV. A small bathroom with shower is also available for your sim. The beautiful kitchen with a spacious dining area for your guests is another highlight of this TINY MODERN APARTMENT. The sleeping area is separated by a glass element. There is a double bed, a large open closet and a small work area with a laptop. Let your Sim move into this TINY MODERN APARTMENT at 1310 21 Chic Street in San Myshuno today!

Im heutigen Stop Motion Video nehmen ich euch mit an die 1310 21 Chic Street nach San Myshuno in ein TINY MODERN APARTMENT. Dieses Apartment bietet Platz für einen Sim und hat einen tollen offenen Grundriss. Direkt neben dem Eingangsbereich befindet sich das gemütliche Wohnzimmer mit grossem Fernseher. Ein kleines Bad mit Dusche steht deinem Sim ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die schöne Küche mit grosszügigem Essbereich für deine Gäster ist ein weiteres Highlight dieses TINY MODERN APARTMENT. Der Schlafbereich ist durch Glaselement abgetrennt. Es gibt ein Doppelbett, einen grossen offenen Schrank und einen kleinen Arbeitsbereich mit Laptop. I absolutely love this apartment!! Your builds often inspire me to build something in the sims! I've actually wanted to ask you something. I've been struggling to prevent cups and glasses from debumg menu from spoiling. How do you keep them 'fresh' so they do not start smelling in the life mode?
Thank you so much! I can highly recommend @Simlicy kitchen debug clutter. She shared a room on the gallery with kitchen items that do not get smelly. Hope this helps 😊

I love your builds a lot but i tried to put this one in my game but it wont let me i think it has a problem with the front door

Thank you soo much! Those are the „Cool Kitchen“ cabinets. I turned them around so you only see the backside of the cabinets 😊 hope this helps!

Is there a way around Sims thinking books and dishes aren’t “dirty” and must be put away? I play on console so I don’t have these mods like TOOL.

Those are the Crystal Clear items from Island Living rotated with T.O.O.L mod 😊 Hope this helps!
Where did it go? I did a search on the gallery for your ID and it said no results found. :( Even the link to the gallery shows nothing there. I'm resorting to building it myself but I'm having a tough time with TOOL to move the books and I can't find the love heart painting, the camera painting, nor the fingerprint or tree sketch photos.
It does look like an awesome build but I have a couple of concerns. I find that when leaving a house for something like a vacation or visiting a park that when I return back home half the stuff that got rotated and moved around with TOOL is reset into the house inventory or deleted if it was a debug item. Another concern is the cups and glasses, yes they look nice but after a while they will start going green as dirty items and if you have a neat sim or tell your sims to clean up they will also remove the cups and glasses too. Sims will also go taking books to either read or put away if they're a neat sim. Finally the bills, I'm not sure if they will be wanting to be paid after a week.

Can this apartment have a new floorplan design? Almost every sims4 builder on youtube use the same one bedroom floorplan. This one is originally a two-bedroom apartment
Hey, this is actually the third time that I'm renovating this apartment and I did two other layouts (Stop motion videos can be found here, if you're interested: th-cam.com/video/Arn-H4qG5K4/w-d-xo.html and th-cam.com/video/sE1WjW1xRrs/w-d-xo.html). I never tried to include two bedrooms but it sounds like a real challenge and I might try it! 😊
