I really like what you did here and showing the breadboarding in detail. Most if not all JFETs have symmetrical source/drain so you might want to show they are interchangeable.
How could you make toggle switch as a transistor. switch to on off Jfet.
If you mean apply voltage to turn it off, if it's on or turn it on, if it's off, you could put a latch in front of the gate and wire it to toggle. Lots of info online about that. A JK or T latch would be the simplest to use. Flip flops are more complex but more useful in general.
