You missed serena hotel.it is 3 star hotel and also have a lot of history.it is One of the oldest hotel in swat valley.

Rock City is where i always stay. In season room rent is 12,000 and off season it is around 6,500(after extreme bargain). I think second hotel seems to be the better option if not the best

I always stay there and its a bit over ratted too... off season room rent is 6,500 after bargaining. Shelton hotel seems to be the better option in this price bracket
