Never really understood how people talk rarity in Fort revolving it almost entirely around how long it's been. Like sure that helps in situations but take Travis for example. Guy is definitely not that rare you see him ALL the time and half the lobby would wear him when he came out. Compared to Rue at a similar length of time since release she would be a far rarer skin on the basis of how many actually own her.
