Planted 🌱 the 2019 Organic Cauliflower seeds in organic starter mix.
🗓️ August 22
Transplanted into peat moss pots,
with organic fertilizer added at the root.
🗓️ August 25
Deadheaded the marigolds.
🗓️ September 7
Transplanted into 2 gallon pots, and made a floating row cover.
🗓️ September 29
Found a few green caterpillars that had been nibbling on the cauliflower. Removed them. Added more organic fertilizer.
Result 📝:
No cauliflower in 2023, but I ate some of the leafy greens 🥬
