I spoke backwards on Testudo vs Hollow Square, Testudo is better at 40% shield uptime or better and hollow square is better at less than 40% uptime The 6.1% on my Jan set are with 2 to 3 of 4 armaments being attack, you can get anywhere from 2.5 to 3.5% attack on armaments when they're legendary
Great info as always. It would be great if you can give your logic in how to select “good armaments” or when it might be worth doing transmutation with some examples
