Not exactly. Billy Lewis is more or less the same as Billy Lee, the difference being however is that Marian was Jimmy's girlfriend in this game. Story goes that Marian was killed one night when Billy was about to confess his feelings for Marian. Jimmy angered over this left the dojo that he, Billy and Lynn trained at and became a street fighter. Completely neglecting his duties as the Red Dragon to his brother's Blue Dragon and Lynn's White Dragon.

This is a pretty solid game that holds a special place in my heart. Though its such a shame there were never any sequels to this game.
