When I think of Stan showering Issy with love and kisses, and her little nephew crawling on her and tickling her, I can’t help but contrast the sterile, isolation of her years spent in a cot at the orphanage. Thank God for your whole family. Praise Him for the genuine love and daily care she now receives in your loving arms. Blessings to you all.
I came to your channel looking at adoption videos but subscribed because of your family values. I agree to being frazzled videotaping (to perfection...I'm very hard on myself) while enjoying the moment. I videotaped my nephew wedding and basically feel like I missed the wedding. The baby is adorable and growing fast. Wow. Isabelle was very excited.
What a beautiful family, my youngest son was born on Christmas day so such a blessing to celebrate his birthday with our Lord Jesus, life is so precious ❤
Thank you for giving us a glimpse into your Christmas celebrations, very gracious of you. I am so happy to hear that Izzy had a wonderful few days and enjoyed Christmas time even outside her own home and comfort zone. Everyone looked so beautiful and happy. May y'all have a most blessed New Year.
My Dad Start the tradition when their first child was born. Everyone arrives at 6 in the morning and we have condensmilk coffee....my dad would then read the Christmas story and pray. Then we were allowed to open presents. He died last year... This warms my heart to see others also enjoying this tradition. Many blessings and happy new year
He was one amazing man. One I am honored to call dad..... Stay strong and remember the goods times.... Bury them deep inside. Sorry to hear about your. Loss
Dear Ms Felts, no where in the Bible does it say you have to have beautiful lives to sing praises to Our Lord. All it says is make an JOYFUL NOISE unto the Lord and SHOUT PRAISES to our God and King and GIVE THANKS for our blessings! You sounded like a Heavenly Choir to me will ALL your voices joined together 🥰. A very Merry Christmas and a Bountiful New Year from my family to yours! With much love, Beckie Campbell, Orem, Utah😇👼🏻🌟
Thanks for sharing. Cherish these times. Remeinds me of our old family christmas's before we lost three members and people moved away. That baby is adorable.
This is so precious! I’m glad I got to see your traditions and I am blessed that we share some similar family traditions. We always read the Bible and remember Jesus birth on Christmas morning and we take turns opening presents. I have six children and it makes me so happy to see them be happy and excited to see their siblings open a gift. I loved the singing Christmas sons and exchanging ornaments! What a fun snippet!! We are able to gather with my husbands family but mine is too far away. Loved seeing the family gathering. May God continue bless your family exceedingly, abundantly above expectation in 2021! Thanks for sharing.
It look like a nice time with your family. I hope you have a happy New Year and hopefully you hear the news that you can travel to get your Lilly Grace.
We always read the annunciation to the shepherds in as many different languages as members in my family knew when I was a kid. Finnish, English, Swedish, German, Russian, Latin, Biblical Greek, Japanese... It's something I really want to continue when I get to have kids. It always felt so magical and special, and amplified how the Word of God truly has spread in all nations.
Thank you for sharing Ashley - your home and family just shine from the love and care you give them 🤗 Bless Stan for helping the community on Christmas Day - over here our first responders have been given 3 months supply of daily Vitamin D tablets to protect against Covid19 - hope Stan has some too - Best Wishes for your 2021 from England UK 🍀🇬🇧🤗
Stan is the spitting image of his mom! So nice to see Izzy in her glee! Thank you for sharing your beautiful Christmas! Wishing you all blessings in 2021 from Newfoundland, Canada!
Thank you for sharing your day with families. It was so sweet and showed such priceless memories. Loved your ornament exchange, great idea. Happy New Year to such a loving family.
Beautiful family! Beautiful traditions! We, too, like to sing while our kids play their instruments. I laughed when you said you’re not a family of beautiful voices. We aren’t either, by any means, but it brings us much joy & laughter, even if it hurts our ears. Ha! Happy New Year, Felts family! ❤️
Y'all have some beautiful ppl in your families 💝 And I think Brantley looks like Emerson (forgive me if I spell their names wrong) Glad y'all had a good Christmas. I understand that stress of it too as a mama of special needs children. Sometimes we've had to leave early or had kids in bathrooms opening presents and taking a break.
So beautiful. Made me cry. Happy tears. We could not do anything with either family because of covid here. Christmas is on hold til whenever. We may have it in July.who knows! Love you guys.....Merry Christmas......Happy New Year. PS. My husband retired this year. He was a police officer in our little town. We are the town that got put on the map because of Centobie. Painful time.
Oh my goodness.... if thats your sister with the "microphone"... she is so fun to be around! HAHAHAHAHA! I love it! What a lovely family! Happy New Year !!
You are so lucky to be able to gather in a large group between generations. There are too many cases of covid where we live, to do that. Our holidays were very quiet and difficult
What a beautiful family! I love the tradition of reading the birth of Jesus. I want to talk to my family about starting that! Your sister is beautiful!! (Well I’m assuming your sister lol) She looks just like you! God Bless you & your family in 2021!!!
...fingers crossed you never tire of Candy Land. Take turns playing with her. Prayers you're never to the top only to get the Plumpy card! Sending love always. ❤️
Hello and Happy new year. I live in Toronto Canada we are in a complete lock down. I see that you were able to get together with lots of extended family. We in Canada try not see our elderly parents (my husband and I in our mid sixties don't see our 5 little grand babies) . I'm just curious as the numbers of Covid in the US are extremely high as is the death rate how you are living this out. Thank you I do enjoy your videos
I believe the survival rate of COVID is 98.5%,(or right around there) so the death rate is not high. Yes, we hate for ANYONE to lose their life to COVID, however what people are seeing on the news media sources tend to bring more dramatics to the situation that what is reality. The fact of the matter is, COVID, along with the flu, diabetes, obesity, cancer etc.. are here to stay. We choose not to live in fear. We choose to be wise with how we protect ourselves and others and that means we wash our hands often, we stay home when feeling ill, and we keep our minds from living in fear. Everyone has their own freedom to choose if they participate in our family holiday functions, of which all wanted to. I am thankful that in a time of uncertainty, we choose to take in each moment, share memories with family. We are not promised tomorrow. Thanks so much for the great question!
I’m not coming at you in a mean way at all. I just wanted to say I lost my 67 year old Aunt to Covid 3 days ago, and her passing was as awful as they’ve been warning people. She was alone with no family around her, on a ventilator. In 3 days she went from being awake asking for something to eat to on a ventilator to no longer here. I hope your family stays safe and no one gets it. Happy New Year.
Hi Ashley...........I was looking forward to this video and was so excited to watch it..........You are blesses with a wonderful family............May I say that Izzy and Mika look absolutely gorgeous in their outfits..........Sooooooo cute............I love it...........I am so happy to see them.............May God bless you and your precious family............. Hi Ashley, hope you and the family are doing great.........I was wondering cause I did not hear from you since my last email..........Hope all is well...........Take care.......Waiting to hear back from you............ Maria from Sri Lanka
For Christmas does your family have a budget, do you give a certain number of gifts to each child or do you do something else? I have seen too many TH-cam families overdo Christmas gifts. One family who has 14 kids spent about $1500 on each child. I feel like that makes Christmas all about the presents and not about the reason for the season. Not sure how you feel about that, but it looked as though you had a modest amount of presents under your tree for your family. Hope you had a great Christmas.
Hello! Well as you know, the kids get older and the giftsmore expensive! I do TRY to keep the number of gifts even, but at the same time, our kids understand that isn't always the case and they are fine with that. I do TRY to keep a budget on each around the same amount as best as I can. I agree, many can go over board on the amount of gifts given and amount spent. I think our eyes can easily get off the TRUE reason why we celebrate Christmas no matter if they spend $1500 per child or $15 per child. It's certainly something that I have to keep reminding myself during the holiday season-- to keep Jesus the main thing and I don't always do it well. ;)
Some family you tube channels are extravagant to the point of....idk...almost concerning. I unsubsidized to all but a few Christian ones like the Feltz who seem more "realistic"
@@TheFeltsFamily Thank You for responding. It can be hard to keep Jesus the center of attention on Christmas, but I think your family does it really well. I loved seeing you guys sing and read the Christmas story from the Bible. Hoping you all have a wonderful 2021.

The Felts Family Some years ago, I met a woman who had adopted a baby boy, Marcus, who was deaf and blind and unable to communicate. He was unaware of the world around him, so he was noisy and often screamed for no apparent reason. A few months later, I met her again, but this time Marcus was completely different. He was quiet and happy, still deaf and blind. She said, "Watch this..." and she said Jesus' Name out loud. Immediately Marcus smiled broadly, as if he had heard her, but he was still deaf. A minute or so later, she said "Jesus" again and Marcus' face lit up with a big smile. I asked her what had happened and she said she had him baptised. Because he was unable to commit a sin, he was now aware of Jesus and Heaven, his smiles were for Jesus! It was like his soul had been set free though still within his body. We can never underestimate the power of baptism for a soul, even one contained in a damaged body. 😍❤️🙏🏼
