Checking whether the SIM card was active @ 0:40 worked for me! I further clicked into the SIM 1 to click ON (blue) . came out to SIM manager to click ON (blue) once more. I can make outgoing calls now 😊 Thank u !

Thank you none of your way work with me, but it helps me to find the problem and fix it.. From the phone I went to sitting then supplementary services then show your caller ID I changed it from never to network default and the outgoing call work again.

Nope it didn't work my phone doesn't have some of these settings its an old phone. Yesterday morning it was working then yesterday afternoon I couldn't make a call out. I can get calls only but I cant make them I can get an send texts and get the internet but I can not call out when I try all I get is an automated thing that says "your call has been interrupted because there's important information about your service after this message you will be able to make calls again" then says "I see were working on a case for you". Then it connects me to the company who I must have talked to at least 20 different people between yesterday and today and have gotten 20 different stories with no help at all I need help my phone is my life line. I'm disabled and cant be without this phone please help.

then try dial #31# and call cause sometimes we accidentally type *31# it will make outgoing call disabled
