  • In your socks or bare feet, stand with your feet 8" apart and your knees locked. Bend over and see how far you can stretch based on the chart below. Please note: to take this measurement properly you want to be warmed up like you would be when riding your bike.

Hi - where is the “key” referenced in the video? I can’t find it either in the video description, or on your website. Thanks!

Hey Phillip, the key is on our website in Fit System and specifically the Flexibility measurement section. Enter into the Fit System at the link below, choose your riding style and then click on the flexibility input box and you will see the key: www.wrenchscience.com/pages/fit-system

@@wrenchscience1179 No, it's not, Flexibility is a drop-down and it doesn't change to this video (nor the key) when you select the flexibility. BR

@@groohaa It sounds like you are commenting on a mobile screen view because it is visible on a labtop/desktop view. To see the key on a mobile screen click the info button (circle with the "i" in it) between the word Flexibility and the dropdown window to make a choice. You will then see this video and the key below it. www.wrenchscience.com/pages/fit-system

@@wrenchscience1179 I was commenting of MacOS Safari view - it doesn't work there. Just checked on MS Edge and yes - it works as you're saying.
