I have multiple to install. No carrier? They only switch three way through wifi? I have four way, (three locations of ioty) can it be wired the same and operate correctly?
I installed one in my bathroom. Worked fine. Then configured one for three way and wasn’t working. Tried it in another single box and still wouldn’t work. Guessing I got a dud.
I think I ran into that problem with a 3 way switch, they didn’t have a neutral wire coming to that specific switch so it wouldn’t work. You’ll have to have a neutral coming to that switch box for it to work I believe.

I installed for a customer, every switch in the house but a couple. They look beautiful. It's definitely something that people will ask about and comment on. I think she had some troubles with connecting them with the app and wifi. Overall they seemed like a good product to me. Probably a rare circumstance but they have to have a neutral wire to hook up to, if a switch doesn't have a neutral in the box with it then the iotty won't work.
Yes they can be wired three way or single pole. One thing to note, you have to have a neutral wire for iotty switch. If there is no neutral then it won't work. Ran into that problem.
Thank you, sir! Your video saved me $$

Possible, wiring configuration is pretty specific to get it to work. Did the backlight ever come on?
My room only has 2 wires to the old light switch how do I run this new unite to the iotty switch?
