I HAVE AN ISSUE AND MAYBE YOU CAN HELP ME..WHY IS IT THAT WHEN I TRY TO ADD THE TAXES, IT DOESN'T WORK..I DO ADD LINE AND THERE'S NOTHING..GETTING HELP WITH THIS APP IS LIKE WINNING THE LOTTERY..IT DOESN'T HAPPEN. I KNOW HOW TO DO IT BUT NOW I HAVE AN ISSUE AND THERE'S NO TROUBLESHOOTING HELP..THEY SEND ME TRAINING GIUDES BUT THAT'S NOT HELPING
