The background checks 'struggle' for who they want it to struggle for. Im in the military and deal with background checks and SF86s for quite some time. The average joe goes through rigorous vetting to obtain and maintain their respective security clearances.

I agree. I am a recipient of many struggles with this. Unfortunately, I was never allowed in, yet I would never do ANY of what these clearance holders have done.
