I bought the MIELLE ROSEMARY MINT SCALP AND HAIR Growth STRENGTHENING OIL to see if it actually supports growth and whether it's worth it. It's now been 3/4 months of using the hair oil.
Following my update on the mielle rosemary mint oiI thought I would show how I use it for hair growth as I have had a couple of questions on whether I leave it in or wash it out.

Today I’ve stared using the shampoo from the same brand and the masque my hair & my hair fell off a lot idk if it’s because I’ve changed my shampoo it is it like that on the beginning, I’m looking for videos for how to apply the oil but I’m scared 🥺😭
we all have different hair. I use the same brand masque and I haven't seen any hair loss, so what I recommend getting is the brand as i am. I haven't used it but I've heard good things about it.

Miellle oil should be diluted with a carrier oil to achieve best results.
It seems there’s already a carrier oil mixed into the product.
