I get where people are coming from, criticizing his take, but personally i never ask for a raise. I only ask how i can make more. What can i do to be more valuable. Its a give and take. I’ll go every extra mile so long as i get extra out of it. Sometimes thats more time at work and i need that some weeks. By doing so i learn alot others dont which puts me in a better position to move upwards. Give more get more. (But be smart, if you giving more but aint getting shit for it, its better to do the minimum)
