■ 1 roll of puff pastry
■ 2 red apples
■ 200 g of blueberry jam
■ 200 g of cow's milk ricotta
■ 1 whole egg
■ 30 g of white sugar
■ 1 tablespoon of 00 flour
■ a little grated lemon zest
■ Whole milk to grease the cake
*INGREDIENTS for decoration
■ Icing sugar
use a mould of 24 cm
bake in a preheated oven at 170°
set to fan for 45 minutes
