Thank you so much ❤️
Wow I loved this video, tapped along just before bed and it helped calm me down. Thank you 🎉🎉
Oohhwee thank you sending love ❤ your way
Thank you so much! This is a totally new concept to me, I’ve never heard of it until I stumbled upon this video. I don’t remember what it’s like to not be anxious at all. I’m in therapy for ptsd and try to limp along with as little pharmaceutical intervention as possible. So, this technique has just opened a whole new door for me. My normal state is a 5-6/10, just a few seconds in the tears started flowing. At the end it’s a 2. Thank you ❤
@euterpe65 Wow! Thanks so much for taking the time to comment and share this! I’m so happy you stumbled upon the video and you found it so helpful! Be sure to sign up for my newsletter, I offer free virtual tapping circle events and I’d love to see you at one! www.mindshiftwithlauren.com

This helped so much during an intensely anxious moment. Thank you dear.
I was skeptical but what can I say, it takes the edge off. Must add this to my anxiety mgmt tool belt
Lauren, this is such a great video❤. You have a lovely way about you, and I was able to follow along and change my anxiety level gently within minutes. Thank you so much for putting this together. I just followed you, and look forward to watching more of your videos. Megan
Thank you Megan! I’m so glad you were able to reduce your anxiety and feel a bit calmer! Happy to have you here!
Omggg I this was sooooo good! I cried like a baby during this 🥲 feeling so much lighter 🤩
Hi Lauren. Tq for this lovely video. Can this tapping help with the healing of essential tremors. The tremors in my left hand is troubling me a bit.
I love this video and has helped me so much, could you make a tapping video to get of the freeze response?
I’m so glad it is helping you! I will add that to my list for an upcoming video!
❤
Your presence is so calm ... How do you maintain that ... 😀... By the way... Thanks for the videos
Thank you for this, I am starting to feel a bit better! Question, since I am very new to tapping: does the timing matter? Like, how long you tap in a certain area, or the ratio of tapping in different places vs others? Thanks in advance!
There is no wrong way to tap. You can linger one one point longer than others if you like. Typically I stay on a point for however long it takes me to complete the reminder phrase.
Sweet calming voice but where is your. mic? I had to put close caption on. Could. Not hear you 😅
I feel better for a while, then it's back again
Most likely there are other emotions under the surface that need to be addressed. We’ve had so many experiences that have emotions attached to them, so we need to hold space for those emotions so that we can get to the root of what is really going on.
Hoe often can you do this when you really need your nervous system to calm down? Few times a day??
Hi Jessica! I would definitely encourage tapping on a daily basis. But it’s important to also tap on the events/ memories/ experiences that are contributing to your activated state. I offer free consultations if you want to talk in more detail about your situation.
@@MindshiftWithLauren i dont have money anymore for sessions. I did that before. Both eft and fast eft. My life was full of hard situations. I could not handle this with tapping, it was too much, even the therapist said it was too complex....
@@MindshiftWithLauren i cannot do this general video few Times a day and feel relief in few weeks?
@@jessicaburgers Not knowing your situation specifically it's hard for me to give direction. But, there's lots of nuanced techniques to utilize when approaching past trauma so that it feels gentle and not intensely overwhelming.
@@jessicaburgers You absolutely can. And I'd love for you to report back if you do that. I was just suggesting that addressing the other contributing thoughts and feelings would be helpful in calming the nervous system.
could you slow down so we can repeat what you say please?
Can’t hear you very well sorry.
It was more at the beginning...(too fast)
A bit too fast. There is not enough time between lines to repeat what you say
You are so beautiful
I wasn't sure how much impact this was because I was having an emotional flashback and feeling really tense but I've gone from a 10 to a 6 or a 7 I am feeling more relaxed and I noticed that I started yawning about halfway through which is a sign of the autonomic nervous system relaxing. Thank you so much I'm going to save this to one of my playlists now ❤
I’m glad you were able to tap the intensity down to a lower level. Yes, yawning, tearing, giggling etc. are all signs you are moving some energy and relaxing the nervous system.
