This has haunted me for decades. I had made a cassette off the TV when it aired (probably recorded it to VHS as well, but that is long gone). I stumbled across the tape last year and couldn't remember where I got the song from (I thought I recorded it off WVKR - Vassar College radio). Shazam to the rescue! I was able to get the song title and artist and with that knowledge, I finally realized I'd recorded it off Liquid Television when I was 20.
