My xenon worked perfectly but alas the thermal compound dried on both the CPU and GPU after years of daily use. After replacing the thermal compound, smooth sailing. Exciting it was only that!
I’ve had my Jasper since 2010. I actually found it at a Goodwill for $25. I still play it nearly every day. I tore it down in 2016 to give it a deep cleaning and new thermal paste.
lol I was told years ago when I bought my refurbished 360 from gamestop (we're talking, I was a kid with my dad buying a console in the store) that it was factory repaired and had the Jasper chipset so no RROD and no reason to spend the extra $50 to get the Brand new one. So we got it and i played the hell out of it and got a couple of slims down the line but the Japser is still going strong....... Until I check the power plug and it's a FALCON. smh damnit I've been dooped!
sorry to bump, but other way to Know it's a Jasper board inside is if you can power it up and it has onboard/internal storage of 256(~213mb usable) or 512mb(~489mb usable)...
@@mariodiy4517 most reliable way though is to simply check the power usage on the back and to confirm the sticker is the original one from that mobo make sure the serial number in the case matches the one that appears in settings
I snagged a Jasper at a pawn shop for 30$ 2 years ago. Still runs pretty much 24/7 when it's not getting used for gaming it used for Netflix and TH-cam. It's a power house.

Yes because glitching is different based on kernel version. I can have a high price for everyone but I would rather try and save more for my buyers. If your xbox is Trinity, flash will be $10 extra and if your xbox is Corona flash may not be possible.
These are almost out of the market. Ones I get require RGH2 hack or the RJTAG hack which makes either the boot times go up or the price go up. So, it is always better to get a SLIM because you have faster boot times, price is relatively cheaper and best warranty you can have on a xbox 360.

LT3 XGD3 are used for FLASHED consoles playing burnt ISOs. So you dont need a JTAG or RGH for that. What you would want is a FLASHED 360 or you can get JTAG + FLASH which would be the best combo. All phats come with the LT3 and slims can be flashed but will cost $40 more atleast.
xex menu comes on some sort of memory unit i.e.hard drive or usb drive or even external hard drives. So, you would have to get one of that or check out my packages soon.

Why weren't the Zephyr and Opus boards mentioned? Zephyr is the 2nd board made. Like the Xenon, they have a 16.5A rating and the same power plug. However, but unlike the Xenon, the Zephyr has an HDMI. Opus has same plug and rating as a Falcon board (14.2A), but without an HDMI.
cheapest is not better. To have a decent system buy atleast a falcon and if you are really tight on a budget, you can buy a xenon. Prices are on the website.

They are on PAR .. means very similar ... with the slim you already get a built in WIFI .. thats about it ! In terms of reliability they are very similar. Out of 100 sold, I would get like 7-8 jaspers which gets rrod and would get like 6-7 slims which get rrod.
i dont use the parts you provide cause I cannot give any warranty. The only thing you can do is provide me the COOL RUNNER chip if you are doing an RGH. But if I see there is solder everywhere on the board and connections that I wont even bother doing it.

well, thank you. i have searched the the internet for a way to identify my 360, and i believe this at least confirms that it isn't a Xenon. mine has an HDMI port. unfortunately the power thing is round and looks nothing like the pictures given to identify it.
lying it flat i.e horizontally, as soon as you press the eject button, bang the top of the DVD drive with your palm applying moderate pressure and watch the DISK drive coming out. Then test with a cheap game disk. Second method is to take the faceplate off and press the eject button. If any of it works, let me know. Cheers mate !

Dont use a modded hard drive with xex menu and plug it on a regular xbox that you go online with. U never know what tests Microsoft runs at the background. So have 2 harddrives, 1 for ur legit xbox that u can get from anywhere and 1 for your jtag which you can get from me. I have stock but need a proper payment processor

I am more of a PS3 modder but, they're really both just as easy to use. A Jtag will boot up (turn on) instantly, a RGH will take about 30 seconds to a minute to boot. I would suggest a Jasper RGH/Jtag or a Trinity RGH, or even a Corona RGH if you can get one.
basically xenon = high chance of failure
falcon = more reliable, still fails sometimes
jasper = the best for the older models

From what I’ve seen if a falcon is still running now it’s just as reliable as a slim, seen more red dot slims than rrod falcons lately
Falcon is just as reliable as jasper guys….I’m gaming on elite falcon now and been running strong for 1 yr since I got it
@@conorf8091 You probably have a later model. Some of the very early Falcons still had issues, but they were nowhere near as bad as the Xenons.

Most likely because it was manufactured/serviced after April 2008, right?
Since the defective GPU problems were fixed around May 2008, any 360 built or serviced after that time period will be reliable

Yes you can do that but for some games, if people file a complaint or there is a moderator on the lobby, you will get flagged and banned.

Right now Jaspers beyond 14719 dash cannot be RGHed, but this will change soon, so check back with me after a week or so

ive read on some forums that xenon boards can only be jtagged if the system is on 2.0.7371.0 or lower. is this the same on RGH?

best model of xbox 360 is slim S trinity motherboard 2010 exactly 💯 🙌 👌, but needed power supply making inside however, also jasper fat models.

BO2 has no ONLINE patches. Most patches are for COD4, WAW, MW2 & BO
