- Recently a new coffee shop opened in town, well Woodbrook called Paz Coffee and Kitchen, it's a local spot that has their own vibes and of course coffee, so join us in this one my Trinbago Vibes peeps as we, and by we I refer to @JuliaMayn and myself, check out this new cafe for the first time and give you our thoughts on this adventure.

Great to see you back finding these hidden places Vibes 😀. Trinidad really becoming international ✨️, surprised to see the Norwegian open sandwich that Julia was having. This is the way in Norway they serve their sandwiches. But they usually eat it with knife and fork 😆. Like de trini style dive in and hold de food
That’s how we do it Ricky, lol, but yeah a good bit of Trinbago peeps traveling and bringing what target see in their travels to the shores of Trinidad & Tobago

As much as Starbucks is good, nothing can beat our local coffee shops.

Yup, although sometimes it’s convenient to get a Starbucks
The aesthetic is on point, plus outdoor dining and a drive thru😊 The food looks YUMMY and presentation 💯 It’s a must try for me on a visit. Starbucks is overrated as a person living in the 🇺🇸 … 👍🏽❣️

@@richierich1584 you’d be surprise how many people actually want to try something different or what they have experienced while traveling right here at home, and smoked salmon everywhere else is also on the pricey side of things…but ihu with that single slice of bread and a few other items for that price

I assumed no eggs was used in the batter, possibly yogurt or a baking soda and vinegar combination to act as a binder 🤷🏽♂️

The americano tasted like your typically americano, but the dark roast coffee I brewed from them was a bit mellow and earthy

The place looks nice, but the coffee looked like plain black coffee, and not an Americano. They should learn how to make it properly, and serve it in decent coffee cups when dining in. ☕
