It's been years since I've listened to this song and I absolutely love how you managed Dr. Gaster's portion. He's so wacky and confident, and that feels so accurate to the type of person he could've been when he actually existed.
Where to begin... Papyrus' shirt saying Frisk the Chef, The puns of characters, Megalovania in the background of San’s part, all of the lyrics, Papyrus straight out becoming Eminem, Papyrus keeping spaghetti when he grew mad at sans and the voices. Good job.
True! Megalovania in the part where sans is talking about meeting a skeleton, papyrus at the beginning of his section, and Gaster’s theme during the coffin segment
Came back here because this song still holds up as a certified lyrical genius after all these years. Looking at the recent comments it seems you still read them! That's an incredible dedication to your fans, so I just wanted to say if you're reading this, you're a huge inspiration to me, your songs occupy about 10% of the songs that play in my head at all times, and I can't wait to hear your new spamton song later today! All the best Stup :)
My day's not complete with out at least one Stupendium song. Of course I listen when I work and his songs are sprinkled all throughout my play list so it's unavoidable.
I just love that how well each verse is put together also represents each character. Sans’ is well done, but not showy, and chock-full of puns. Papyrus’ certainly has impressive parts and is great but is noticeably scattered and goes off course quite a few times, and is also more lighthearted. Gaster? Well, his is well done and *he knows it* -he’s showing off at this point, put together, rehearsed, masterful. It’s all so perfectly in line with each character and I love it.
Man, I'm not big on rap things, but this made me audibly "yoooo" every few seconds. Had to rewatch it multiple times just to catch all the details. Amazing job!
Coming back after several years, and I just realized how well W.D. is done. The rhymes in the middle that end in "-le" and end of his lines is so cleverly done!
I just now realized that you can hear Gaster in the background of Napstablook's verse. It adds to the whole mystery behind Gaster and how his followers say that he's always there. That was a nice touch!
same as i said before " original comment: i cant explain it really but the "i'm outside time and space but i'm afraid you're just out of time" is easily one of my favorite lines. Something about it being ominous, threatening, clever, yet somehow professional all at once"
I love Sans’s voice so much, my most favourite part is /“Prepare for a hilariously bad time…”/ It is just how I would interpret him sounding while he is singing. Gaster is just immaculate, I love the voice for him. He is totally dropping beats from the void. Papyrus is a chef for the kings brigade, nothing more to say that his voice is amazing too.
It was referenced in the song too. "Rhymes so fine every line feels like a multi-verse" As in every line feels like multiple verses, also a pun of the word multiverse. Hats off to you sir
How How How does he do this many voices, and put them all in one great song There are like, seven voices total, and ALL of them sound great. This song is freakin awesome. Great job, Stupendium, you've blown me away.

“Frisk the chef” 🤣 one of the best things in this song, I love it. Also it’s so amazing how you can do easily alter your voice for all the different characters with i think no auto tune. Perfection 👌🏽
i clicked on this thinking it was gonna be cringe but my gosh, i haven't been this obsessed with a song in a year. your lyrics are absurdly clever and the voices for these characters are so nice, especially sans. people either give him a new york voice or a regular deep voice, but never both- you managed to combine both those things and still allow him to sound realistic, believable and canny (usually the new yorker voice people give him is nice but not too accurate to his canon voice beeps, and the low voice is accurate but tends to make him sound like patrick). and the way you put their theme songs in the music during their honed-in lines just really makes it pack a punch. and that's just the tip of the iceberg. i've been listening to this on repeat and i just gotta say, i'm so sorry you're not more popular than you are. it's like you were born to do this stuff. please never stop!
there’s that point in life where you realize that “cringe” things are actually pretty cool and people just dislike them for no reason. i’m at that point.
I think there are some things with reasons to dislike them, depending on your position/perspective Still it's more often than not something you should enjoy if you can
This was positively fantastic! you have such a way with words and the way you fit in-game references is always super clever (the asgore and toriel line was friggen brilliant) well done overall!
I’ve listened to this too many times. I’ve noticed in the chorus there’s a smaller voice in the background and it’s honestly one of the best parts for me.
“This’ll be a fun number” You’re a freaking genius I swear, does anybody else get that. You can only see Gaster in-game if you have a certain fun number in the game’s code.
'I'm truly VERSED is tearing all the universe asunder' 'Rhymes so very fine that every line feels like a MULTI-VERSE' Dude, you are a genius lyricist, rapper and poet!

Everyone herr talking about Gaster Papyrus and Sans's verses being great, meanwhile I'm here just admiring the Nabstablook part at 2:44. It's genuinely the BEST part of the whole video, filled with clever rhymes, puns, references and a good beat in such a short time. I'm genuinely impressed how good that part sounds.
Sorry but I have listened to some fantastic songs through my short life, rap is incredible because of the pure poetry and clever use of articulation and puns, Eminem uses this combination a lot to produce double entendre's, yet in this video, you have managed to jam pack hundreds of awesome details with multiple meanings that don't feel out of place, and the W.D section I have listened to at least a dozen times, it's astonishing, seriously, hat's off one of the best written rhymes I've heard in a long long time
I've listened to this song a million times, and I though I had finally caught all the puns and references. But IT'S ONLY JUST NOW that I caught what Gaster's "fun number" line means. Well done, sir. Well done.
It's a little strange to come across this so late, but I don't regret it. There's no dealing with covers or minecraft-based animations, just really, REALLY good lines. I've been known for being rather punny, but don't hold a candle to this masterpiece.
If you like that, you'll love the writing behind Sans during his line about how the skeletons we've met were covered in flesh. But after six months I guess you've probably already noticed?
@coolgrol A "Fun Number" is something in the game that controls random events, like whether you get a prank call from Sans or a call for pizza from Alphys or neither, there are tons of other things that happen. Anyway some of the things that happen have to do with Gaster, from encountering his followers, to seeing him.
There's no lyrics in the description or anywhere I can find, so for the people who want them.

Good job.
Actually, all of the characters in game themes play in the background of all of their parts
True! Megalovania in the part where sans is talking about meeting a skeleton, papyrus at the beginning of his section, and Gaster’s theme during the coffin segment
The attention to detail is top notch!
Mettaton
Hahaha
"I'm outside of time and space but I'm afraid you're just out of time" is such a good line
THAT RHYMED!
....DID YOU JUST RHYME!?
yeh bro it slaps
Sure is.
For me its "I'm grilling out hit dogs and genocidal toddlers"
Ah yes, the best theory: WD was a scientist, but he only joined with the skelebros to form the ultimate rap trio
But hey that’s just a theory- A GAME THEORY

*if you ever need a skeleton in towels and some wellingtons just humor him and let him win and think that he's a champ*
God this man made this like 5 years ago and still reads his comments
My day's not complete with out at least one Stupendium song. Of course I listen when I work and his songs are sprinkled all throughout my play list so it's unavoidable.
It certainly does. There's a reason this one got so many covers. Not just because Undertale.
Sans and papyrus: Perfectly explains their personality even without directly describing it,
Gaster: *compliments his fire raps*

Not to ruin the joke, but he has no true personality.
Florida Man well he is mysterious, strange, mad, deranged. So he kinda does.
Florida Man also did you cause another disaster like nuke California?
I just love that how well each verse is put together also represents each character. Sans’ is well done, but not showy, and chock-full of puns. Papyrus’ certainly has impressive parts and is great but is noticeably scattered and goes off course quite a few times, and is also more lighthearted. Gaster? Well, his is well done and *he knows it* -he’s showing off at this point, put together, rehearsed, masterful. It’s all so perfectly in line with each character and I love it.
You deserve that heart cause you are right and is cool that you apreciate it
It is a also a mashup of a few different songs
The man is a lyrical mastermind.
doesnt gaster like, not have a character. if i remember, hes just a sprite. unless theres some lore im unaware of
@@spleeneater9481 the best we're given is from the Gaster followers, which seem to indicate that he was a bright and highly intelligent mind

Same!!!
Yeah I don't like rap at all, but Stupendium and JT Music always manage to make me like it lol
Me: I wish someone would make a good Undertale rap.

I love Sans’s voice so much, my most favourite part is /“Prepare for a hilariously bad time…”/
It is just how I would interpret him sounding while he is singing.
Gaster is just immaculate, I love the voice for him. He is totally dropping beats from the void.
Papyrus is a chef for the kings brigade, nothing more to say that his voice is amazing too.
i love how you can see the wingdings translation of what Gaster says behind the lyrics. it’s a small but truly underrated detail.
Absolute genius at work
I Just realized that Gaster rhymes every two-three words he does in one line, instead of just one rhyme. How the hell did you pull that off
It was referenced in the song too. "Rhymes so fine every line feels like a multi-verse" As in every line feels like multiple verses, also a pun of the word multiverse. Hats off to you sir
Because he is probably a lyrical genius
It's called seeing multiple timelines.

“Frisk the chef” 🤣 one of the best things in this song, I love it. Also it’s so amazing how you can do easily alter your voice for all the different characters with i think no auto tune. Perfection 👌🏽
Can somebody talk about how this man is a lyrical genius
Yes
i clicked on this thinking it was gonna be cringe but my gosh, i haven't been this obsessed with a song in a year. your lyrics are absurdly clever and the voices for these characters are so nice, especially sans. people either give him a new york voice or a regular deep voice, but never both- you managed to combine both those things and still allow him to sound realistic, believable and canny (usually the new yorker voice people give him is nice but not too accurate to his canon voice beeps, and the low voice is accurate but tends to make him sound like patrick).
and the way you put their theme songs in the music during their honed-in lines just really makes it pack a punch. and that's just the tip of the iceberg.
i've been listening to this on repeat and i just gotta say, i'm so sorry you're not more popular than you are. it's like you were born to do this stuff. please never stop!
