Scarecrow has been a favorite of mine since the original Animated Series. You brought so much justice to the character. Thank you! When I watch this I get the feeling this is all one Scarecrow but it’s how his Fear Toxin makes him look different to every victim! Just my personal take on it.
How many more bones would you crush? How many lives will you destroy in pursuit of what you call justice? You are the product of everything you fear; Violence, Darkness, Helplessness... All that remains is for you to watch as I drag your beloved Gotham into oblivion - Jonathan Crane aka Scarecrow from Arkham Knight
Okay, this is a pretty good, but can we be real for second and admit the Scarecrow is a very underrated and underutilized Batman villain. Personally, if Jonathan Crane ever makes his big screen debut in any future Batman or DC projects where he is the main villain, not a henchman, not a pawn, but the main villain in a Batman movie, I will die happy. However, I don’t him always using his fear toxin as his main weapon, Crane used to be a psychologist in fears and phobias and I want him to use his knowledge to test Batman and his allies mentally and have him be this lingering boogeyman in the minds of Gotham cities residents. That is true fear right there.
Funnily enough in Arkhamverse he is "not insane, just evil" in his sadistic desire to experiment. What could be his goal to force Batman to do intervention? Just picking fight with Batman makes no sense unless some previous contact is obvious. In Arkhamverse Crane was secondary villain, got mauled by Croc, sat out sequel and returned as big bad in finale. Hypothetically Crane and Quinn would be very dangerous alliance if their rampant mental issues would not hamper them. Both are professional at reading people and knowing what makes them tick.
I'm so obsessed with your Scarecrow videos and this is another straight up masterpiece... Your parallels with both visuals and voiceovers were perfect and blending all the different media together. The whole structure was so cool too, I really loved how you used through like the different methods & stuff. Altho at some point I was laughing out loud at the amount of times "fear" was said in this video, Crane truly is a one track mind lol. Also your flow is always so in point, it's one of the things that gets me the most about your edits - no matter what iteration of him aka type of media you work with, it always flows perfectly and that honestly amazes me.

yess, it's about time we see him as the main villain! I'm not a fan of the Titans version. The actor did pretty good with what he was given but he was written out of character imo
This might be my favorite video so far, Scarecrow was always my favorite especially Arkhamverse Scarecrow! Something about John Noble's lines in these that have a sense of power to them live Heath Ledger's in The Joker MVs. The Long Halloween clips are great too! Love the end with John Noble saying Their KING of Fear & then I Am Scarecrow with Robert Englund with the comic visual!
My favorite apart from the comics is also Arkhamverse Scarecrow! It was just the most flawless portrayal to me. Thanks for all the praise, I appreciate that a lot!

Gotham's Scarecrow is underrated, I think it's really impressive what they did with the character, from the way it was explored and developed in the series (I dare say I prefer Charlie Tahan's version to Cillian Murphy's)
