I don't know who Sreekutty is, but she did a great job👍🏼 I would love to see her doing subs to More Agam songs, also some classical Movie songs and send it to OSR.
I dont know much about music but The beat you are talking about. Those kind of rhythm are very common and we hear those kind of rhythm and beat often in our tamil and malayalam movies and in local streets too.
I had the honour to watch both of them and their teams live, just before the lockdown.. He sang this song and the atmosphere was magical.. He also brought that bell, Korbin mentioned, and played it himself.. 🙂🙂
You guys have seen the guy with the long hair, Harish Sivaramakrishnan in "Mementos" and "Mist of Capricorn" before.. Job Kurien, the other guy (who also composed this song) was a first runner up of a singing reality show.. He went on to compose his own songs and also sing as a playback singer for movies..

I don't know why Rick always refers to veena as an electric instrument. It is not synthesized music, it is acoustic picked up by a mic. It has a mic for pickup, which most instruments have nowadays. You won't call an acoustic guitar with mic, electric guitar.
Hearing his review and reading all the comments, one thing i came to know is that I have zero knowledge in Music 🤷🏽♂️ All i am good is I can enjoy these beautiful composition, so as this song ! ❤️
Please react to Job Kurien's "Enthavo" next.. You can hear a beautiful song, see the beauty of Kerala, and there is a little surprise for you guys in that song.. 😍🙂
This was, is and will be my favourite song 💗💗🔥. The whole reason i started subbing too😊😊 Thankyou @sreekutry for helping me with subs 😊😊. Awesome reaction guyz
This combo is extraordinarily awesome and I'm really happy to see the reaction video for this song.......😊 Harishettan 😍 is a genie in carnatic music👌 And Job Kurian is such a beautiful singer👌
In Carnatic music - we have ragas. A raga is specific combination of - primordial sound (nāda), tonal system (swara), pitch (śruti), scale, ornaments (gamaka) and important tones. This song is Abheri raga (I am guessing here) and there are many songs in Abheri raga which follows the same combination
So appreciate your taste in music and love the fact that through your channel we are exposed to so many amazing rendition..have added this to my fav playlist…more then a movie review , I look forward to all of the music ,classical songs , instrument or rock music exposure…so love them…
I don't understand Malayalam but I have heard this song earlier 😀. Beautiful composition.
It's about journey
From the movie lingaa
Guess so
@@rrgaming4936 no it's a song about the singer frnds trip to himalayas
It's from the movie neelaksham pachakadal chuvanna Bhoomi..it's an awesome travel movie..pls try to watch it
Harish Shivaramakrishnan (guy with long hair) has a strong Carnatic base. That's what you heard towards the ending.
Was that similar to the Hindustani technique of taan? Or something different which is characteristic to Carnatic classical?
@@arundhatiroy7799 but Carnatic Is way superior with 72 thaats
Job Kurian is a brilliant singer! He's sang a lot of great songs in Malayalam films
Padayathra was inspired by his friends journey to The Himalayas..A journey of sacrifice and hope leaving past behind❤️

The 6/8 that Rick observed is called "Tishra gati" where the distance between two beats is divided exactly by three.
