Yay Ryne!!! My portfolio just hit 12k plus $65 in dividends a month and has been a journey watching you! Let’s go 100k!!! ❤🎉
Nice! Congratulations on hitting $12k/month. Sounds like pretty soon you’ll be at $100/month in dividends 👏
@@BrittonXP That’s a 6.5% yield across your portfolio, be careful not to chase yield. Congrats though!
Congrats!!!
Congratulations that's awesome.
@@FireMedicGJ, mine is 10% on monthly paying only, so his is borderline fine
Visa has returned me something like 26% since I bought in around 262 per share. I think my cost basis is around 270. What a stellar deal.
Great job Andy!
@@AndyTopenstein same but I only bought 2 shares unfortunately
@ I’m bullish on it👍 hopefully we’re both lucky in the long run.
I had it at 265 sold in the 300’s. Wish I had that one back
@ I recently sold off some Amazon gains around 225 to buy some SCHD. I kinda am okay with that haha. I’m still dollar cost averaging into Visa and probably will for the long term.
Man I can’t wait to see you at 100k great job 🙏💰
Thanks Elliott! I appreciate your support - it will be an awesome milestone 🏆
9:01 - Hitting that $90K milestone is huge, and it’s impressive to see the dividend income climbing alongside it.
Thank you man!
Getting close to 100k
So close!
i love snowball analytics just an amazing platform and it calculate everything you do
That's great to hear! I really like it too
Ryne you’re so close to 100k! Super stoked for you bro
Thanks man!
Great video Ryne!
Thank you so much!
Built up my positions on ASML, CRM, and SCHG this week.
Great 2025 dividen goals!!!
Thanks Janis!
Hey Ryne,
Thinking of loading the boat with more of AHH reit.
Thanks for the video 😎
Thanks for tuning in my friend!
Not only are you about to hit $100k in the portfolio, but also 100k subscribers! Let’s go Ryne!!
Thanks Kenny! Maybe later this year we'll hit 100k subs...that'll be awesome
@ Yessir! I will be there to root on you when 100k inevitably arrives!!
I’m putting majority into SCHD. Should I grow multiple ETFs at the same time or grow SCHD higher first to get more dividends? Thanks !
I don't have a serious opinion about this to be honest. I think you can go either way
Congrats on the milestone, Ryne! I’m curious if you have any tips or advice for smaller portfolios? I was laid off in October and have been unable to land a new position as of yet. Couple that with having a 6 month old son and my contributions have been cut down considerably for the time being.
Man I'm really sorry to hear about the layoff. No doubt you'll find something great soon, just hang in there.
Truth be told, the only advice I have for smaller portfolios is to just keep at it. That's all any of us can do, really.
yes
Let’s go! 🔥
Thanks David!
Can’t wait for the big 100k video update 🎉
You and me both my friend. Thank you for all of your support - I hope things are going well in your portfolio!
I’d love to hear your opinion on ASML as a dividend growth stock. It has a low starting yield, but the growth rate is intriguing.
Also just wanted to say the transparency in your videos is great, and they’ve really motivated me to go down the dividend investing path.
Thank you! I like ASML
Me showing my 4k portfolio and you 92k hahahaha I hope to get to that one day, you are the best Ryne!
You absolutely will my friend. It wasn't all too long ago that my portfolio was sitting where yours is today. All it takes is time and consistency - keep growing that thing!
What do you have in your Roth? Just VOO and SCHD? Thanks for the videos sir.
@@acmeprime2273 thanks for tuning in! And yea just SCHD and VOO in the Roth
Great progress Ryne so close to 100k!!! Last month I maxed both of our ROTH IRA and put it all in SCHG and hit 1500 shares of SCHD.
Great job Danny! Crazy SCHD position there
Do you plan to add more on you stock as of now? Or if it drops more?
I talked about that in the video my friend
@rynewilliams I know but share price is also important that's why I am asking
@EfremInvests it’s quite a bit below my cost basis right now, so I’d be happy buying it at its current price
Hey ryne, how's it going? How do you decide which trades to put in your Roth account for the tax breaks and which to put in your other account?
My Roth IRA is just SCHD + VOO. But if you really wanted to optimize your tax situation, things like REITs and BDCs are best kept in a Roth
@rynewilliams thanks appreciate your response
I am happy to say January was a new high would like to message to get opinion on portfolio
Congratulations on the record high!
Ryne what are your thoughts about OC ( Owen's corning)?
I don't know all too much about the company, but the financials look solid!
I love Visa, my second highest valued stock so far in my portfolio
Visa is the bomb 🏆
What is this web 11:20?
It’s a stock analysis platform I’ve developed called Snapstock! You can learn more about it, and get access to it here: www.retirewithryne.com/the-investment-club
XRMI and QRMI ETF sbuys protective puts to mitigate the risks of a major market selloff.
i love your videos! glad to see u so happy in this video with a new ATH haha
I'm trying to invest my first 100k and seeing your growth is inspiring.
Thank you my friend! Where's your portfolio sitting at right now?
@@rynewilliams 11k, and I am trying to contribute 1000 a week!
When will the new portfolio 8.0 come out
Whenever I come up with new features to add to it haha
I made a comment a few months back on your Clear (YOU) purchase regarding the buy price was way too high. I think some simple technical review should always be looked at prior to initiating a position. Gaps fill 90%+ of the time, and there is a massive gap on YOU at the $19.49-$21+ range that happened early August of 24'. I don't view this stock like a Mag7 that could fly, so patience is needed to start a position here. I have a Fidelity alert to review YOU once $20.50 is hit. Love you channel, but I think this is an area you can work in that will help you and the viewers out.
Perhaps, thanks for the insight! I appreciate it
Just added $AES and $LMT. I see AES is 5 years low with solid balance sheet. Feel like opportunity for long term and steady yield
My 'cool' thing that happened last month is that I finally reduced the number of positions in my portfolio (sold JnJ & Nvidia in January and rotated the money in some positions I already own and have a brighter/more secure outlook for the future). Currently still 24 positions and looking to further decrease it to 20 in a few years 🙂
Very nice, good job on the consolidation!
I wish I could buy SCHD in the UK 😩
@@SmarkInvesting try opening an account with Interactive Brokers....
I agree, real bummer that you can’t
this is so cool man :) awesome to hear about the 200%+ gains if we combine my TFSA (Canadian=of ROTH IRA) and my taxable "cash" account im looking at 120k in the portfolio turning 24 in April 2025, had the privilege of living with my dad and mom until June of last year. just my dad today since my mum passed. I worked instead of going to school and just saved and saved these days the only difference is being able to save less since I have bills now. so not having bills until last year and working then choosing to save is what really got my portfolio to where it is today. I was also able to invest a crisp 4k into the TFSA due to a term deposit that matured this year :D (I've been a very active investor since 2020)
Wow you're crushing it man! I'm really sorry to hear about your mom. I can't imagine how difficult that was to go through
What do you think about the BIL ETF with the ongoing new highs in the market?
I don't have an opinion on it to be honest
Good luck getting to the big 100k soon. Don’t know if the audience is big enough, but I’d love to see you analyse UCITS dividend ETFs for European investors some time. I’m buying Fidelity Quality Income FUSI atm but don’t see many talking about it.
Thank you so much!
I might be wrong in saying this but I just dont see DPZ being worth $450 per share that feels astonishingly high for even a global food Giant like dominoes
What price do you like it at instead?
@@rynewilliams no price in particular just feels like any old overvalued stock
10:13 what site are you using for this “somewhat interested “ category
@@ryleyslepicka9332 it’s Seeking Alpha - there’s a link to it in the description of this video!
Bought some NVIDIA, MSFT and GEV on that dip. And LMT after it dropped on earnings
Right on!
I know you really like YOU... started my YOU Position at $23.60.
Nice, your entry into the company was much better than mine haha
So far up 5% on the year or on the month. I’m not seeing too many good things to buy everything looks expensive.
Nice 5% gain!
I was down 2.10% to start the year. I got killed holding NVDA, sold out of down positions too early and made some bad trades. This month I think I’m just gonna be more patient and not make questionable trades.
That’s a great approach moving forward. Having patience is the hardest part. Which positions did you sell out of?
@@rynewilliams it was mostly call options on SOFI and SOUN. I also day traded the SPY and the QQQ which didn’t go well. I’ve been buying NVDA, PEP, O, and QQQM to name a few. I also sold some of my SCHD shares to start a DIA position. I think I want to trim some of my positions and simplify my portfolio.
👍
Thank you!
Hit 31k in my portfolio on the 31st and 2250 in annual dividends.
Great job man!
@ Thanks.
I had a great month. Hitting all my PR's in net worth, hit 300k$ CAD for the first time too.
I wonder if it will be short-lived now with the tariffs. If it dips, at least I will be paying cheaper.
Wow $300k is awesome, great job!
My brokerage hit an all time high at 223k. I saw a 4.78% gain for January but YOY my brokerage saw a 39% gain so very happy with the performance. Your spreadsheet makes it so easy to track!! I will have to be better at tracking my IRA and Roth
Nice Steve, crazy YoY gain!
Finally picked up VICI after finishing my research adding 33 shares last week. I’ll be buying heavily until I hit my 400 share target then slow to a share a week.
Nice pickup! 400 shares of VICI would be awesome
I had added 1,500 to my Pimco Income Fund in January.
Nice!
I DRIP'd MPW at 3.85 on January 10th and now it's back up to $4.70. I don't see any further bad news left but let's see.
Nice!
I lost my job a few months back, and seeing dividends coming in prove to me that it’s a good strategy when you need income or retired..
Man I'm really sorry to hear about the job. Have you had any luck finding a new one?
@ got lots of interviews, but it’s pretty competitive out there
imo I would recommend to get a job with state or government and you will get pension (just like passive income which is great when you retire). Applying process can take time but after a few years or more, one will be eligible for pension. I am glad I do it. Best of luck!
I encourage my kids to invest more as well versus travel and other fun stuff spending lol.
The first time you cross over 100k changes your life and your mentality.
Oh interesting, in what way?
Missing some REXR in that portfolio😅
Haha I know. Have you been buying REXR lately?
Up £4k in last 30 days. Bought more PEP, GOOG, GRAB, HSBC and ADC
Wow nice buys!
Collard shirt??!!
Money changed you....
I’ll be back to hoodies in the next video 😅
Down but I hit 100K overall
Man great job!
I hit a milestone… my 401k hit $100,000🎉🎉
Holy cow, congratulations!
Love your videos - I’m getting close to $150 monthly income - Goal is $500 by age 30
Very nice! How old are you now?
Just hit $90k, but are you ready to be back down below $80k? It's time for a meaningful pullback in 2025. Febuary is going to leave a lot of investor's hearts broken 💔
Not mine, though. I live for the red days! ❤️
It’ll be bittersweet for sure, but I’m ready for some dips man! Hopefully it will finally bring ROL into buying territory
Deepseek crash my account then Trump stupid Tariff further erode my gains
Been buying schd
Can't go wrong there!
1st place 🏆I made it in after the video was posted for 26 seconds
Winner, winner 🏆👍
my taxable outperformed market as well. my roth, not so much. Q - do you have different strategies for each? or pretty much same to equal? i tend to be more conservative in my roth for some reason, but thinking about mixing that up.
I take a much more hands-off approach in my Roth. It's just two ETFs, as opposed to my taxable, which is all individual companies.
"As goes January, so goes the year."
If that ends up holding true in 2025, I can't imagine what the portfolio will look like by the end of the year!
@@rynewilliams either way i will keep feeding it!
