Phil Foden is full of absolute class, this man knows what he’s doing in football whether it’s passing, dribbling or nutmegging 😂. He will always be known as one of the best players let alone youngster 💙⚽️

Foden definitely hasn’t watched alves & Marcelo but oh well, understood as he’s English
Man City TH-cam channel is doing great overall no doubt, but in this context they should have defined what they meant by "skills" or "skiller" at the start of the video, and gave at least some guidance on what each level of skill mean (from S and below), so that everyone can be aligned on the placement criteria, to place the players on a certain level on the board from S and below (with less subjectivity).
I'm not even a city fan and I can tell you that Mahrez is the best skiller the premier league and amongst top 5 in my opinion in the top 5 leagues of professional football.
For example, in my opinion Mahrez skill execution ability is amazing, and his ball control is second to none (when he skillfully controls a ball dropped at him from a high distance, high speed or both).
Bernardo Silva's ball control in general as another example is also fantastic which allows him to dribble too (as an ability, but not necessarily with skills), but here we're talking about skills not just the agility and flair of a player (should we be talking about skill moves ability, precision of execution of those moves, timing, skills IQ a.k.a. situational awareness on which skill move or combo I'll execute now or up next, etc.).
